I want to train all my Pokemon to at least Level 50 before the Elite Four, Were will I get the most Experience per Battle?

Highest level pokemon are in victory road on the way to the pokemon league, you can call up trainers that you have beaten in higher leveld areas. If you aren't EV training just go ahead and grind it out in victory road, if a poke you are trying to get up has no super effective moves on them toss on an experience share and use a poke that is effective. You could go in, challenge the elite four and just drop a couple of times but I never did that. Basically just find a good spot... and dedicate some time to leveling up. I went to the E4 the first time with only like... around 4 50's I think. you could probably take them with 45's if you switch in effective pokes and have enough items. The walk through on the home page here has levels of all pokes you find in the wild.

Grind on the route before the elite four and near the old lady's house (where she heals you). I did this on my Japanese copy of HG and got my party to lv. 48 without much effort.

So would the Cerulean cave be a good place to train? Because I need to raise a whole team of HM "slaves" that can take on Red, unfortunately they're all in the teen levels so far. Any suggestions or ideas?
