 Defeating Elite 4 Champ?

Post Defeating Elite 4 Champ?
I just cant defeat Cynthia, when she uses her Lucario.On my party I have:
Lvl 51 Garchomp:
Dragon Claw
Crunch
Fire Fang
Dig

Lvl 55 Giratina:
Shadow Force
Dragon Claw
Dark Pulse
Charge Beam

Lvl 62 Empoleon:
Drill Peck
Surf
Waterfall
Flash Cannon

Lvl 59 Togekiss:
Fire Blast
Shock Wave
Aerial Ace
Aura Sphere

Lvl 52 Crobat:
Poison Fang
Air Slash
Confuse Ray
Air Cutter

Lvl 57 Steelix:
Iron Tail
Strenght
Crunch
Rock Slide

Suggesting some changes please?(This is my strongest team)

i suggest training garchomp a little more and teaching it earthquake

Train crobat up too if you're still having problems. Crobats have a x4 resistance to Lucario's fighting attacks. That and Crobat is amazingly cool.
