You can rebreed it if you want, but the main focus should be on Bronzong. If you are going to rebreed the Ralts, focus on HP, Defense and Speed (Special Defense too but it doesn't matter as much because Gallade's base Special Defense is good)

The ralts is a boy, so I can't rebreed, and why do I have to focus on bronzing?

Should I split the speed, defense and hp between each other? Three, not two? That means he can gain 170 EVs, or 42.5 points a stat.

The chances are that most of the time you'll be switching in Bronzong since he can take a lot of damage and can boost his defenses and special attack.

Uh... no-one uses a 170/170/170 EV spread... What you should do is check the Battle Tower speeds lists (I posted a link earlier) and calculate how many EVs you need to get a certain Speed stat to be faster than it with a Choice Scarf. Use the Psypoke Stat Calculator. After that, you should try and recognize 'threats' to your Gallade and calculate a specific defense/HP number to survive that amount of hits and EV it accordingly. I know it sounds a little difficult, but most of the time you'll put 252 into Speed, 252 into HP and 6 into Defense.

....... Just use 252 Speed/252 HP/6 Defense. Gallade needs the Speed, even with the Choice Scarf, and it needs the HP. The last 6 can go in defense since Gallade has a lower defense.

Ok, I'll do that. Gallade can get 214 speed with ev and such. So, I'll just train speed and hp.

Remember that IVs will affect the stat points at level 50.

Uh... I don't really care what you name it :p
Just use your creativity or something.

Oh, and battles 1 to 49 are pretty easy, so you might want to create a different team of fast and powerful Pokemon with good offensive coverage to run through those battles really fast. Starmie is an excellent choice to run through 1 to 49.

What is your 'other team'? It doesn't really matter what your team is, as long as they are fast and powerful, you should be able to run through 1 to 49 quickly. Have you gotten the Battle Tower Gold print? If you have it, just use the team that you used to get there.

You can but there is very little point. Why bother using Calm Mind and Iron Defense when your opponents are stuff like Staravia? Just use a team of fast and powerful Pokemon.

Of course you have to EV train them. Remember that your team of fast sweepers is an entirely different team, and you'll probably be fighting the Tower Tycoon both times at 21 and 49 with them (and Tower Tycoon doesn't use stuff like Wingulls).

Other fast sweepers include Weavile and Garchomp, Salamence, etc.
