At first, this thread was going to be a "Help me with my Animation" thread, but happily I was able to (sorta) finish it. Decided to throw in some sprites as well.

My first attempt at an animation, it is Tepig running.

By the way, every frame in that animation is of the Original sprite modified by hand, excluding the first frame and last matching few, which are of the original sprite. (In other words, I half-wasted my time for something I half-like. :D )

Waruvial and Onondo Fusion (I think those are the names :P )

Mudkip and Treeko Color Trade

My former Gallery, contains way more sprites from forever ago:

If you have any comments abiot those, PLEASE post them in this thread ONLY, to prevent necromancy.

Comments, questions, concerns, complaints, and criticism please. (Especially for the animation, I would love to make it look better.)

Wow, that animation is really smooth!! And I like the recolors! The fusion has potential, but it seems a little busy to me. Try more basic stuff before going big first. Keep up the good work! I'd like to see more animations.

Thanks :) I tried to keep it simple with this Eevorua!

EDIT:

Here is a Dratini from scratch!

Good job!! The fusion is pretty awesome. And the scratch sprite's head looks really good, too!! Keep up the awesome work!! You're definitely better than a lot of sprite editors/creators out there.

Thank you very much :)

Anyone have any ideas for me to do? I can't really think of any pokemon to fuse...

Wow...You're a really great spriter! The Tepig looks very natural, the Treecko/Mudkip recolors are really good, the Eevorua is unresistable, lastly the scratching, though a very tough job, looks quite good! Your Gyarados/Raquaza avatar...is awesome beyond words! Keep up the awesome job!!
PS. Maybe you can try fusing Pokemon with long, snake-like body? Because the 2 'dragons' in your avatar fits so well & natural...Or you can looks for Pokemon with a common body shape such as babies, who usually have round shapes.

Thanks for the praise and tips.

Not my favorite sprite I've done, but here is a Caterdeedle -

I was looking for something in Unova that was round like Munna, and thought of this idea:

Plus they're both psychic types! Not like it matters hehe

rofl I thought the Caterdeedle was a Caterpie at first!! Very well done. And I like how you adjusted Munna's colors to those of Rankurusu. Normally, I start bugging people about transparency about now, but it's really up to you. Keep up the good work!

Are you saying the transparency isn't showing up for you? I have added transparency to every one of them. Well, not really transparency, but I take a screenshot of Psypoke forums, copy the color from the message boxes and make it the background for the sprite.

Yeah, on mine, the colors don't match. But like I said, it's not a big deal.

The only explanation I can think of is that our Browsers are interpreting the HTML color code for the forum color differently. I'm guessing you aren't using Firefox? I'll use Iaza for transparency from now on, and I'll change the other ones too; I don't want it to be distracting or annoying to anyone. Thanks for telling me.

You've got some neat stuff here. Although, your animations seem to be your best work by far.

I added real transparency to the other sprites. I don't have much time to do sprites until school is back on.

Edit: Swampert and Daikenki color trade.

I know it isn't much, but I'm working on a Snivy running animation right now.

Also: Brendan/Ruby, in HGSS form!

Half from scratch, half Gold recolor.
