No glitches yet, and I'm playing through LG again for Nuzlocke, and none at all from FR, which I reseted a while ago.
So I think... no.

Actually, today, I found a really cool one.

For some random reason or other, I decided to breed a Kabuto in the Daycare Center on Four Island. So, in goes Kabutops and Ditto; a crapload of steps later, I talk to the Daycare Man, just to make sure that my Pokemon are compatible (Note: he hadn't stepped out at this point). Surprisingly, he gave me an egg!! So I went inside to talk to the Daycare Lady, but she told me that I needed to talk to her husband. So I head outside, and now he has stepped forward! By this point, I was a little confused, but I talked to him, and got a second egg. I hadn't walked another 256 steps, so this was really surprising. So, two eggs for one!! And, they both hatched into normal, male Kabuto, so there's nothing wrong with them either. I call them my twin Kabutos :)

But, yeah, I just thought this was interesting.

That's not really a glitch. It's happened to me in Emerald while breeding for Houndours. But, on topic, you can get a second or even a third egg if you just leave the Pokemon with th couple for a little bit, and walk a bit in the town.

Actually, what I would suspect happened is this. You had an egg appear at the 256th step, but the guy hadn't stepped out yet, then continued walking for a bit. You talked to him, and then on your way inside hit the next 256th step, when you got lucky and triggered another egg. So, by the time you got there, there was another egg waiting. That would be my theory. If it's happened 3 times in rapid succession, though, that obviously wouldn't be a plausible explanation.

aha, that would make sense. I guess that would mean that it's not a glitch, then; but it's pretty cool that the eggs can build up that fast, if you're lucky.

Hey that happened to me also.

I was going to the daycare to take my pokes back when the old man had an egg for me. I took the egg and went to the lady to take my pokes back. But instead she said that her husband was looking for me, which ment he had ANOTHER egg! By now I didn't feel like bothering with another egg so I let him keep it and I finally got my pokes.

WARNING!!! If you read this deadly IV glitch about the legendary beasts, {raikou} {entei} {suicune} , it may crush your hopes of dreams of training the beast!

Highlight to view spoiler.
I read on Bulbapedia that if you catch one of the roaming legendary beasts, it will have EXTREMELY LOW IVS!
When you catch one, only the first eight IVs (not including HP) are transfered to the pokemon so it can have a max Attack IV of 7 and everything else (except HP) will be 0!
