Security high for 'Half-Blood Prince' printing

With ever growing security needed to stop leaks or thefts of the "Harry Potter" books, German printers, GGP Printing Works, in Eastern Germany have hired a private security force of 40 to guard "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" from falling into the wrong hands: "...we would be liable for something like EUR3 million ($A4.9 million) if a single word of the new book leaked out before publication day."

Heehee, My sister will be glad when it finally comes out in the Uk. She's been counting down the days and keeps pestering us with the time left until the new book is released. I'd probably buy it when it comes out but I haven't even read the fifth one yet

I personally can't wait. I think they screwed up the movies but the books are still good.

After the unedited disaster that was book five, I'm tempted to just not read the sixth one, but I know I'll end up reading all two hundred and sixty four thousand five hundred and ninety two pages of it anyways. It's the series I love to hate, and I'll push through it without sleep just so I can then go and write comedic fanfiction about the parts I hated.

I think you've been douped, scammed, tricked, emerald freak, into purchasing something that isn't what you wanted. As you can see by what Sneaky_Sneasel wrote, the chances of Half-Blood prince getting out are practically zero. I'm afraid that you might be reading a work of fan-fiction advertised as Half-Blood Prince, but actually isn't. This is a good example of the dangers of buying things on E-Bay.

While I'm not a huge fan of the books, I do enjoy reading them, and I'm sure I'll be reading Half-Blood prince this Summer. I just don't think I'll rush out and buy it the second it becomes available.

There is also a rumour that Dumbeldore will get killed in Book 6. This could be true because in a J.K. Rowling interview, she said apart from, Sirius Black, she will kill off one more major character.

Dumbledore? That's interesting. I wonder what will happen after he dies. After all, he's the only one that Voldemort fears.

Are the names of the following chapters:

Chapter 2 of the Half Blood Prince: Spinners End
Chapter 6 of the Half Blood Prince: Draco

I can't wait for Harry Potter VI....And I can't wait for the fourth movie either.

I don't think Dumbledore's going to die in book 6....If there are rumors of a main character getting killed, I guess it will be Lupin...

And I trully believe Sirius Black will return, somehow. If he died, he'll revive....But my true guess is he hasn't died at all...

if sirius survives i wouldnt be surprised it wouldnt be the first time he achieved the impossible (escaping azkaban)

I was thinking he was gonna be the one that bit the dust in Order of the Phoenix . . . then with all the Death Eaters everywhere and all that craziness at the end, I was like, "Oh! I'm right! I'm right!" But then he survived and Sirius died instead . . . and I was bummed out.

But I've had a sneaking suspicion for a while that Percy's days are numbered . . . that or he's going to become a dark wizard.

The ring is probably from the Half Blood Prince, and I reckon the two hands gripped are those of either Harry and Draco's or Harry and Neville's.

I think it would suck so much if Sirius came back to life. I hate all the authors who think "Oh no, I've killed off a major character, I'd better bring him/her back!" Can't anyone stay with what they've already done? I think it should be someone really close to Harry who dies, like one of his closest friends. That would really piss him off. I want to see the darker side of Harry!

I never have time to read the books, just see the movies. But could someone possibly give me just the main point of book 4 and 5? Does Draco's father have to do with anything?

Book 4 was about the Tri-Wizard Tournament, and Voldemort's plot to get Harry Potter to him so he can resurrect himself, plus remove the protection that Harry Potter had in him due to the sacrifice of Harry's mum.

Just do a yahoo.com search. I'm sure you'll find lots of sypnoses for the two books.

I htink that in the 6th book that the following of evnts are going to happen.

1 Neville Dies
2 Percy=evil
3 voldemort=kills neville (repeat of 1st event)

I've already reserved a copy of it @ Barnes And Noble.
