Togekiss can learn Roost despite not seeming to have any landing gear.

I laughed when I read that. Then thought about it, and realized Togekiss has teeny little feet. Not too conducive to landing.
I never did understand Belly Drum on Charizard... I mean, Belly Drum Snorlax, okay, but Charizard?
Also, why can Zapdos learn Heat Wave but Moltres can't learn Thunderbolt?

Because Heat wave is a wind-like attack and the word Wind features in its Japanese name. For this reason a lot of Flying types can learn it, whereas there is no electric "counterpart" to Heat Wave, and Thunderbolt doesn't have any connection with Moltres and so it can't learn it

Rapidash has a horn. Poison Jab's not so odd.
Dragonite-- Dragonair can apparently control the weather, and is found in water. Being able to Surf's more natural than it learning, say, Thunderpunch.
Muk can learn Shadow Sneak?!

T-tar also learns Aerial Ace. Godzilla-ish monster launching itself into the air. Imagine -that-.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned this yet.
Wooper can learn DynamicPunch. And it doesn't have any arms. T.T
EDIT: Also, Dodrio can learn Fly. But it can't fly at all. It can run pretty fast, though.

If their ability is Levitate, then they are not susceptible. I believe their ability is Frisk or something else (forgot what it was).
Re: Munchlax-- have you ever eaten so much that you feel like you're going to explode? Given Munchlax is the Big Eater Pokemon...
