Pokemon Emerald Shoal Cave Tides?

I need to get a shell bell for the battle frontier, but I can't seem to get the right timing for the high tide in shoal cave. What is the time of day when the tide is high in the shoal cave? Can anyone help me?

High Tide occurs at 12:00-2:00 AM, 9:00-2:00 PM, and 9:00-11:00 PM.

Gallade Roxas is incorrect; in RSE, The tide times are: High Tide 9am - 3pm, 9pm - 3am; Low Tide 3pm - 9pm, 3am - 9am.

Thanks! I got the shell bell I needed, but one more thing, can you get more than one shell bell in shoal cave? Because I've noticed that the shoal salt keeps on reappearing.

Yes, you can get as many as you want. There's not much reason to get more than 2 or 3, though, IMO.
