Hey guys. So how is it going? So i want to do a lot of stuff in my life and I may ask some of you to help me if you can. So I know that a lot of people on earth and most people on this website would like to make their own game. Some of you may know how to like genius and some of you have no idea how the hell to make a game. Well, I am one of does people who don't know how to make a game. So I was wondering if anyone can help me make a POKeMON game on Gamemaker 8 pro. Can someone give me tutorials, sprites, scripts, etc. on how to make a POKeMON game on Gamemaker 8 pro? If you would like to, thanks!
I will like my POKeMON game to either be like the original games (Pokemon R/B/Y and Pokemon G/S/C), the Gameboy Games (Pokemon FR/LG and Pokemon R/S/E) or the DS games (Pokemon D/P/Pl and Pokemon HG/SS). So can someone help me? Thanks.

I don't think gamemaker8 pro is a suitable program for a pokemon game, just sayin'.

While you can certainly capture the essence of pokemon with gamemaker8, i don't think it can be as complex as the actual game, with all the hidden values and such.

My advice would be to start small, make sure you can get the basics (like your trainer running around and simple battles) before you attempt anything to over the top. I wish I could help you out some more, but I don't really know much about gamemaker, but best of luck.
