So i was just wondering what was the most messed up childrens cartoon...
you know stuff that i showed on Cartoon network or Disney channel since i still ten to my childish sde i like to watch both channel once in a while.
But what i noticed on Cartoon network is, that there is this really weird cartoon called "Marvelous misadventures of Flapjack" and trust me on this one this guy Flapjack is really F**ked up :/ so tell is there any childrens cartoon even more messed up than Flapjack then tell me.

While not let's say, as messed up as Flapjack or whatever but it was simular in the way it was meesed up & note, I do not watch this show, I just happen to see the commercials & from them I got the idea...Chowder(is this even spelled right?)...that show & the Misadventures & Flapjack are probably the most messed up shows Cartoon Network ever produced & so was The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy(sometimes)...only the last was actually watchable as opposed to the other 2...

I'm sorry but those cartoons have nothing on

The Ren & Stimpy Show: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_Ku2UCbhL4

The Ripping Friends: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOwS9W_Mgmg

Tales of Worm Paranoia: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xN35przh8pw&feature=related

The most messed up cartoons I've ever seen. Oddly enough, they all use the same art style, the same level of grotesqueness and cynicism in their animations.

The following cartoons were more mild on the messed up factor:

Invader Zim

The Grim Adventures Of Billy and Mandy & Evil Con Carne (Grim&Evil)

Courage The Cowardly dog. (Believe it or not. This show was kinda messed up in it's own way.)

(For some reason, I feel like adding "Beetlejuice", "The Addams Family", and "Ahh! Real Monsters" to the list, but they weren't really messed up, actually.)

Y'know. I gotta thank you for starting a topic like this. It's pretty fitting because just yesterday I was looking up old Cartoon Network cartoons.

Dude. I actually DO worship these cartoons. xD

Just the other day I found this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vPJkQsP20A&feature=PlayList&p=1D16872DB625AD9B&playnext_from=PL&playnext=9 <--Cartoons worthy of worship. VERY clever stuff.

More cartoons I miss. but that's getting off-topic.
Then again.. These old cartoons CAN be messed up if you think about it. lol (I'm referencing the racism in Bugs Bunny, Popeye, and Tom and Jerry cartoons.)

I didn't see how any of that was disturbing.

Oh woooow! A 'Mice and Men' reference. I can't believe I've seen that episode many times before but I just got the reference.
The big guy with the less-than-intelligent demeanor, the obsession with 'bunny rabbits', and calling the 'bunny rabbit' "George". Oh wooow. I really gotta watch more Looney Tunes and really pay attention. WOW...

I think that Ren & Stimpy takes the cake for being messed up. Now if you're talking about ethically messed up. Then Looney Tunes and Disney are the winners. YouTube is full of Nazi or racist Disney and Looney Tunes cartoons. So yeah. There's the Ethically Messed Up-ness for you.

and yeah have you seen the episode were Daffy hits Hitler in the head with a hammer?

YEAH! I WIN!!! HAH! 1150 EXP points!! lol

No. I didn't get to see that one. I have the .gif of it though.

I did see the one where Donald Duck dreams that he's in Nazi Germany working in the factory and they keep adding more work for him to do and being unfair as hell to him. He goes mad and wakes up and he's in America going "It's good to be a citizen of the U.S.A." And there was also another one that was more educational. It was entitled "Education For Death". It was on the whole Nazi educational process in a nut-shell and how it starts at birth and by the time their soldiers they only see, say, and act the way the party wants them to. Interesting stuff.

(I hope this doesn't displease the powers that be. I will only say this: "Knowledge is Power") lol

But yeah. Ren & Stimpy had an adult party cartoon too. Nudity and whatnot. Fun stuff.

i dont know if this is a ren and stimpy but the animations sure as hell look alike its about this cat is alone home with this lady's other cat and the owners are on a date then suddenly this lady's starts a party and smashes everything and the first cats owner goes all insane and ends up arrested because he beats his cat to a pulp when he sees what happened to his home.
its messed up but sadly i can't remember the name of the cartoon

Oh. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I remember that cartoon. It was another "What A Cartoon"

It's called "Buy One Get One Free".
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2-EbfG-T5w&feature=related
Woman: "Here. I brought you a play-mate." *Pulls out a black cat*
Black Cat: "PlayBoy, actually.."

I chuckled.

Here's one that's just mild. It's weird how the main character has a bunch of similarities to Spongebob Squarepants.... that damn sponge.. -_-+ Oddly enough, the director, John McIntyre didn't work on Spongebob, instead, he works on Flapjack as supervising director.

This one's "The Kitchen Casanova"

Indeed. I need a time-machine in order to re-visit the 90s so I could watch all that again. Good stuff. Other countries still have some of the good old stuff.

Yeah, I completely forgot "Ren & Stimpy" but only cause I was focusing too much on Cartoon Network's **** up ****, yeah, that show was absolutely vicious when it came to being "messed up" & I mean seriously, ironically I used to like the show though...

Heh. At first I forgot about it too since the example given was Flapjack. Then I remembered Ren & Stimpy and re-typed my post. lol

As a kid, I never really liked the show. Found the animation to be kind of annoying for some reason.. Same with the Ripping Friends.. Albeit, I've watched more Ripping Friends than I've watched Ren & Stimpy. (Thank you FoxKids..[Yeah. They had the Ripping Friends on FoxKids for a while.] *thumbs up*)

I still don't care for the show, actually.. But meh, I'm more okay with watching it I guess. Meh. *shrugs*

... SIR, I SHALL E-SMITE THEE IF THOU BELIEVES THAT FANBOY&CHUMCHUM IS MORE MESSED-UPETH THAN REN&STIMPY! >=[ (I really won't.) Fanboy & Chum Chum is on Nickelodeon... Ren&Stimpy got taken off of it because of how mature and grotesque it was.. That in itself, is evidence of that which we are speaking of.
