Ok i have 3 stars on my SoulSilver trainer card. How many more can i get, if any, and how?

you get one automatically the first time you enter the hall of fame.
another one for 100 win streak at the battle tower. another one for completing the dex. and another one for the shiny leaves. there's another one, but idk what it is... _________________  |

1. = Entering the Hall of Fame
2. = Getting 5 Shiny Leaves on 1 Pokemon then speaking to Ethan/Lyra 3. = Getting 100 win streak in the Battle Tower 4. = Getting access to the Friendship Room in the Pokeathlon Dome 5. = Completing the National Dex (there is certain pokemon that you don't have to "obtain" but most of them you do, look for info on this...)
