Post Raising pokemon at the day care whilst regarding EV's...
when my pokemon are fully EV trained, is it ok to just leave that pokemon in the day care centre to reach level 100? It won't harm the stats in any way?

The question is why would you want to raise t hem to level 100 via Day Care? The WiFi boosts the levels to level one hundred anyway. Still nothing bad will happen, their stats will be the same as if you grinded to get them to level 100. Still might wanna make sure they don't delete a move you want your Pokemon to know.

Once your Pokeman's EVs are maxed out, they stay that way.
The day care will level it with the EVs intact, although useful moves might be deleted. You'll probably have better luck leeching it at the Pokemon League
