So if it's possible, which pokemon's stats would you want to change? And why?

I think base stat totals of pokemon who are weak and still do not have evolutions, and pokemon with very limited movepool (if the pool still isn't modified) should be increased a bit. And I think gamefreak/nintendo really should make more pokemon more viable, not just a few pseudo-legends, starters etc. Wait, scratch that, even the starters weren't always viable!

This is more of a subjective view, but I'd love to see {machamp} 's base attack increased by at least 5 points, so he would reclaim his title as the fighting pokemon with the highest attack stat. I mean he is, champ after all.

Anyway, back to some objectivity...

I think {luxray} needs some stat boost, perhaps on the speed (some 10-15-ish?) to make him better. And as much as I hate {raichu} , I think he needs some boosts as well. I don't want to rely on just a handful of electric types (here's looking at Electivire and Magnezone).

Your thoughts?

I will only state the pokemon I want stats adjustments for based of off personal experience to prevent a bulk post, which of who are the following;

1. Vulpix/Ninetales = I say increase their SPATK a bit cause every time I see a pokemon who has SPE as their highest stats & then one of their defenses next in line I get irritated a bit due to the fact that they are always outrageously outclassed offense wise without puting other factors into consideration I mean Fire has 3 weaknesses & only 3 to 4 resistances 1 of which is it's own type...it could due with a little more SPATK at least as most of it's moves are as such, special attacks

2. Eevee/Glaceon/Umbreon = They need more HPs I mean not Vaporeon HPs but more HPs then they have cause it ain't cutting it when you look at their base stats besides HPs & their limited movepool & single typing, etc. mainly Umbreon I mean really

3. Buneary/Lopunny = These pokemom need not 1 but 2 things, first off they need ATK I mean yes they have High SPDEF but come on, so do most other pure Normal Types though not as high & they still manage to have not onlly at least decent ATK but also manages to have at least decent to High SPE as well...lastly, they need some more DEF cause what they have now is just not cutting it I mean it's their 3 Highest stats & they can't even take a hit from a physical attack well really unless they are stronger then their target by a noticable about of levels

4. Seel/Dewgong = They need their whole stats reevaluated cause it's actually not the best they could have done here balance wise or at least give it more DEF as it should be on terms with it's SPDEF at least

5. Shinx/Luxio/Luxray = They either need a little more SPE, a little more DEF & SPDEF or a noticable increase in HPs to put it's high for an Electric Type defenses to some proper use...at least enough to do it a little bit

6. Ralts/Kirlia/Gallade = They need either a little more SPE or they need a HP boost bad

That's it for now...

I don't think base-stat increases are appropriate (especially not for eevees). I do think, however, that much of your concerns can be addressed by increased move powers (Strength ->100/100, Rock Smash -> 60/100, etc.) and by adding new moves, some of which are tuned to certain pokemon. For example, a move that deals physical damage based off of the pokemon's defense, rather than attack, and more evolution-line specific moves. For example, a fighting Giga-Impact is a must - but should probably be limited to Machamp and maybe 1 or 2 other pokemon. Maybe something like Curse that works differently if you're a different type (think additional effects, not different effect altogether).

Yeah...I still think that it should happen cause they have stats that can't really be arranged to be more effective & different then the other Eevolutions, plus Umbreon is a defensive Eevolution with bad ATK/SPATK (of course) & also doesn't have some of the best DEF/SPDEF in the world so I say give it more HPs so that it can takes a little more hits cause it's movepool isn't compensating for it's rather good DEF/SPDEF, so I say if they are going to half ass the movepool for it then at least give it the ability to take just a little more hits & In case you haven't noticed, the Fighting Type's move catalog features one of the strongest set of moves among the move catalogs of all the types...so having a Giga Impact for the Fighting Type will be only for kicks if they did this...

The eevee evolutions have the same stats, just re-aranged. Increased or decreasing the stats would ruin this.

Now, if you're asking me to ballance the eevee evoilutions... I can probably do that in one of three ways:
1) Change their moveset/the power of their moves.
2) Introduce hold-items that either work specifically with that evolution, or specifically with pokemon with low stats in certain areas, or etc.
3) Introduce some in-game gimmick that requires all eevee evolutions, so that it pays to have those crappy eevee evolutions around to unlock a legendary frog or something. This doesn't really ballance it for battles, but it makes it useful which is more than we can say for a lot of pokemon...

To be bluntly honest, I could care less about them having the same stats just re-arranged...It is well known that doing something like this doesn't go well & while I agree with your alternate suggestions, it will not fix the problem enough...just won't...
