Why won't my Diamond game let me Migrate certain Pokemon

Why won't my Pokemon Diamond game let me Migrate certain Pokemon from Pokemon Sapphire?
Ok so I have a whole lot of Pokemon that I want to migrate from Saprhire, but every time I go to migrate these Pokemon it says my pokemon knows a secret or hidden move or something! I even tried deleting all their moves to see if it had something to do with that but it still didnt work. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO?
Here is a list of the pokemon that my game wont let migrate:
Swampert: 100, Moves: Surf, Takedown, Muddy Water, Earthquake
Rayquaza: 100, Moves: Fly, Surf
Suicune: 100, Moves: Surf, Icebeam
Crobat: 55,(Shiny Crobat) Moves: Taunt, Poison Fang, Fly, Shadow Ball
Zapdos: 100, Moves: Rock Smash, Thunder, Thunder Bolt, Fly
Swellow: 100, Moves: Fly, Wing Attack, Aerial Ace, Hyper Beam
Blastoise: 70, Moves: Surf, Strength
Moltres: 84, Moves: Heat Wave, Rock Smash, Fire Blast, Fly
Articuno: 82, Moves: Blizzard, Fly, Aerial Ace, Ice Beam

The move deleter guy in Ruby/Sapphire is in Lilycove City. And the one in FireRed and LeafGreen is in Fuschia City I believe.

And as a reminder, you can only migrate Pokemon once a day. So let's say you migrate Pokemon on Monday at 3:00pm, you cannot migrate until Tuesday 3:00pm. Just a reminder!
