10 times in 465 hours, would have been less but I needed to do it 10x for the Piano in my villa.

Doing the elite 4 is an inneficient way to get exp & money, so I don't bother with them.

What do you mean when you say inneficient way to get exp and money?

I mean that certain trainers done with the Vs seeker are MUCH faster and give a lot more money and / or exp. For example, doing the gentleman and socialite next to the pokemon mansion on route 210 can get you to $999,999 in about 30 to 60 minutes.

What??? HOW can you get that much in that space of time from 2 trainers?

:)

$24,400 each, 1 pokemon each, can be fought, beaten, and run 100 steps in under a minute.

Amulet coin, and you need to have beaten them enough times that thier pokemon for the rematches are over level 60.

I have 33 wins in 105 hours. Not too shabby, considering I messed around in the underground a lot during that time.

Too many times to count.... It's a great way to train and earn money at the same time, especially in Platinum because the E4 get way stronger.

Yeah...nice records guys, however I have nowhere near an impressive number of times I beat the Elite 4 due to constantly restarting game files & in Platinum there being better ways to make money without spending any money in the process. Oh right, my records are as followed;

Daimond - between 10 - 12 times (can't remember cause I have a new file now that hasn't finished the gym challenge yet.)(This is my most recent older file.)

Pearl - 11 times (I really have no excuse for neither Daimond or Pearl except, love to start new files when I get board of post story.)(This is current file that's overdue for deletion.)

Platinum - 10 times (Only 10, times...again this is due to having better things to do in Platinum, way better things. Maybe next file I will dedicate myself to making one of the real records for Hall of Fame entries.)

Sad isn't it?

I don't remember exactly how much I beat the Elite Four, but I'm guessing (in Diamond) 30-50 times in 294hrs. 31min. In Emerald, in 365Hrs. (including about 2 days' worth of time to try to get the Slateport Museum to open-I was dumb then!) and 78 times. My first one was like this:
{blaziken} Lv. 63 @Leftovers
Serious/Blaze
Flamethrower
Sky Uppercut
Fire Punch
Blaze Kick
{rayquaza} Lv. 71 @no item
Adamant/Air Lock
Waterfall (since replaced by Extremespeed)
Fly/Hidden Power-Fighting (I don't remember exactly which one)
Dragon Claw
Outrage
{nuzleaf} Lv. 53 @Miracle Seed
Calm/Chlorophyll
Bullet Seed
Extrasensory
Growth
Razor Wind
{wailmer} Lv. 39 @EXP Share
Quiet/Oblivious
Whirlpool
Dive
Mist
Water Pulse
{tropius} Lv. 37 @no item
Lonely/Chlorophyll
Strength
Fly
Razor Leaf
Magical Leaf
And...........
An Egg! Yeah! An Egg! I was trying to hatch a Torchic, and well, it hatched as soon as I moved one step from watching the TV back at home.

I think the most I ever beat the Elite 4 was on my Diamond, it was well over 150+ getting my competitive team to level 100 for a free level tournament. My Diamond was my most played version back in 07, I had a touch over 700 hours... and never stopped playing that game. I think if given the chance I would have put it in a ziploc baggy and taken a shower with it...

I only beat the E4 once ;_;. I was going to do more, but the game crashed! *sniffle* Now I look so unenthusiastic about Pokemon compared to you guys. How does everyone get so much time for playing the games? I can only spare 1-2 hours to even be on here, let alone 200+ hours of Pearl if the game didn't break down. *sobs uncontrollably*

i dont play that much.

for example: platinum i have 200 hours on but ive taken 2 years to do that.

yellow i have 310 (had for 11 years)

crystal i have 110 (had for 8 or 9 years)

saphire i have about 43 (had for 2 years)

fire red i have about 56 (had for about 6 monthes)

diamond i had about 98 (had for 3 years) AND LAST WEAK MY BROTHER EARASED IT!

and i dont have any games going right now on my hg, ss, or emerald.

I take it slow and go one game at a time :D

and on platinum ive beaten the elite 4 like 120ish times.

but keep in mind ive had most of these games for a really long time.
