The biggest thing that stands out to me is the thunder on Groudon. Sunny day ruins the accuracy of thunder and Groudon has permanant Sunny day in effect. You could teach it solarbeam, or something instead?

Amplify has the right idea, with Groudons Drought ability I don't think Solar Beam needs a turn to charge. Only other thing I can think is teaching Gardevoir Shadow Ball (TM 30) works great on psychic and ghost pokemon.

Yep, 1 turn solarbeams.
The problem with shadow ball is that in the advanced generation it's considered a physical attack. In gen 4 it's awsome for the job but here it won't cut it on a special attacker.

the shelgon get rid of rock smash and when it evolves to a salamence at lv 50 its going to learn fly...the flamethrower is pretty good but i think fire blast is better and instead of leer teach it earthquake and the dragon claw is definitely a keeper.

For aggron I would recomend
for iron tail = brick brake since iron tail has a low accuracy and it only takes out rock and ice while brick brake takes out ice, rock, and normal type
earthquake = keep it
strenght = rock slide for those pesky fire/flying type
return = double edge just make sure you have rock head ability trust me
and thats preaty much it
STEEL TYPES RULE !!
