I am looking for a pokemon (Level 100) (and moveset/item) that can OHKO the entire Elite Four. I was guessing a Snorlax would be good, anyone know anything better?

Snorlax with Belly Drum or any good physical attacker with Belly Drum is pretty good.

I'd also say a Sword Dancer with a varied moveset (like Gallade) could work pretty well too.

(Sorry for not being terribly specific, just laying out some initial possibilities)

I always completely blow through the Elite Four with my Empoleon. Every attack OHKO's them.

Practically any lv100 fully evolved pokemon with four useful attacking moves of different types (or a stat boosting move) will sweep the Elite Four, if not OHKO every one of their pokemon.

(If you tried you could find pokemon that wouldn't work...but you'd have to try to lose.)

Shuckle, Magikarp, Caterpie, need I go on? Pretty easy to lose with those. Shuckle would pretty much make it an attrition battle.

A better question is, why do you want to do that?

the only logical reason I can think of is doing the elite 4 quickly for lots of money, in which case I suggest you find the gentleman and socialite to the west of the pokemon mansion and battle them repeatedly with the vs seeker and amulet coin.

Very, very quick fights and $24,400 per time (at least, depending on how far into the game you are.)

My guess, other than the money thing, is that he might want to train multiple Pokemon at once with Exp. Share or something similar.

They're also suprisingly decent for exp too if you want to raise a weak pokemon. 1 to 3k exp per fight vs a Chatot or Roselia, my weaker pokemon shot into the 80s level wise doing that and if they can't handle the elite 4 at that level, then you have bigger problems (or a 100% baton passing utlity pokemon) <.<

Thanks for proving that there are always pokemon that wouldn't be ideal...btw I specified fully evolved pokemon.

To be more specific, any lv100 fully evolved pokemon that has an usable attack stat would sweep the E4 (assuming you try to win).

Training at the E4 makes a nice "training cycle" - level one pokemon with the E4, then use the money gained to buy EV vitamins for the next pokemon, etc.

That's pretty much the reason, and the the exp too, so I can level up Pokemon faster to finish the Pokedex faster.

Then I suggest you try fighting the two of them as I suggested, you can get 999,999 pokedollars inside of half an hour doing that. Exp's not as good as the elite 4 but it's easy to do and nothing to sneeze at.
