No, I think that's good:
Dragon Claw
Flamethrower
Earthquake/Hyper Beam/Crunch
Double Team/Protect/Aerial Ace

I personally use an adamant / dragon dance, earthquake, rock slide, aerial ace - salamence with a lum berry, am quite happy how it performs.

I'd suggest not listening to BarcaFan, he seems new to pokemon and his reccomendation appears to prove this.

A small spoiler for you: Beating the elite 4 isn't difficult, and fighting Brawly using a ghost isn't a super special tactic that only you have ever thought of.

As to why your moveset is poor:
You're suggesting that he use two special attacks and one physical on a pokemon with a 135 attack stat. Okay, that alone isn't terrible thanks to Salamence's 110 Sp attack and the fact that some people do run mixmences, but the first red light come when you actually add hyper beam to anything except a joke moveset, especially when you're doing it on a pokemon with a move pool as big as Salamences. The one turn cooldown downside far, FAR outweighs the 150 base power and nobody would ever SERIOUSLY consider using it.

The icing on the cake though is suggesting Double Team as your FIRST choice for the 4th move, the only people who use double team or minimize are NPCs and this is how it should stay. Permanantly.

All right, let's over this fuss. Everyone has his own word.

I think you'd be wanting, since this is the Hoenn forum, Salamence's R/S Smogon page.

Of the movesets listed on that page, I'd recommend
Dragon Dance
HP Flying (or Aerial Ace if the breeding is too much of a pain)
Earthquake
Rock Slide

Though, of course, practically any moveset with high power moves and a Lv. 100 Salamence will destroy the E4 and such.

You're mixing Physical and Special sweeping on one pokemon, which is one of the cardinal sins of moveset making. It's always more effective to be either a physical sweeper or a special sweeper, not both simultaneously. Then you can put EVs into Speed, instead of both attack types.
