also can i still trade pokemon that are in the honneh pokedex to get to it ?

i still fell sad becuz i ran in to a shiny tentacool and i tryed to Copy it with my masterball and same how i did nt wrong and now it gone forever with my masterball. Well i hated the shiny tentacool any ways, its not myfavorite one but i was goin to to transfer to DPP or any one them when i get a NDS for my b-day But now i cant atleast i can send my black 
well im happy now that rayquaza is staying on my LG version >.>
Plus tehres more shinies in emerald, its just really hard to fine them xD

all i need in my emerald is a deoxys and a mew, got EVERYTHING else, problem is no-one i know has one that they didnt get gamesharking and nintendo events for it is obsolete, so what should i do?

An easy way to get all the Johto starters is to get Croconaw, Quilava and Bayleef on Pokemon Colloseum and then trade them over and breed them.
The only other ways of getting the Johto starters are by completing Mount Battle on XD: Gale of Darkness OR by completing the hoenn dex on Emerald.

You can also use the starter cheat in G/S and then just trade them over.

Ok try this...
Check your Pokedex and click search.
Change the search to Hoenn region only and see what Pokemon you are missing, but if you can't see the Pokemon ask me cause
I finished mine.
