So I am thinking about organising a 'Lucky Dip' consisting of Pokemon Eggs being traded over Wi-Fi. I am also in the process of choosing random pokes from my party and breeding them with my Ditto so get eggs. I came up with the idea after I started breeding Eevees.

The basic rules would be:
1. Egg for Egg.
2. No telling each other what will hatch from the egg.
3. No asking for a certain egg as this would defeat the purpose of a 'lucky dip'.

Unfortunate hatching a shiny egg will only be shiny for the original breeder. My brother and I tried it. It hatches shiny, but then returns to it's original color.

Actually, my friend and I have played this game where he picks one of his eggs out from random, hatches it (since you can't trade eggs to another person next to you), then trades the pokemon over to my game. The pokemon egg chosen was completely random and I never knew what he would give me. I got a Spiritomb and a Charmander with this method.

I'd wanna try this. I have a lot of different Pokemon that I like to breed. I especially like to breed Pokemon with Egg Moves. I'm currently working on a Chikorita that can hatchs knowing Vine Whip, Giga Drain and Energy Ball.
