I actually fainted against a trainer only once in DPP! That was onl Platinum, against Mars. I hate that Purugly! Whoever made this thread, should make a Poll, see who was most annoying.

The only one I actually had a problem with was the one at Valley windworks, and Cyrus at the celestial city encounter. The Purugly and the Murkrow was a real bad to match up against my team. I had to go out and get a Pichu and train him to lv. 41 to get the stupid bird. I wasted so many TM's on pichu, it's one of the worst pokemon in the game. But, when it evolved, I instantly used a thunderstone to get it to a Raiachu. i had a really high-level gardevoir, but it stil proved useless against the dark type pokemon. Gyrados was no problem for me, until it used crunch or bite.

cyrus because in distortion world i beat him on my first try but right as his last pokemon was rolling down my screen my ds died and i was 200 miles from my home and 200 miles away from my destintion and i didnt have my car charger.

I dont like Mars for the simple fact that she has a level 16 Purugly at Valley windworks when glameow evolves at Lvl 38!!
Thats just unfair!!! Next time if she has a level 16 Purugly i want my level 18 Empoleon...see how she likes it!!!

He was so useless! His Munchlax was absolutely pathetic. All it did was Stockpile, then recovered its HP after taking hits from the Golbats.

Mars's Purugly in Valley Windworks was quite annoying too. I actually had to spend time training up my Pokemon at the time to beat it.
