For me I thought it sucked that all the pokemon were just replacements of old ones... and they all looked kind of stupid, none of the originality from the first generations.

But seriously, I think not being able to reverse trade and having to buy all three games to get them all. I would over to send my Charizard over from my 1st pokemon Red game (which is now also on Silver).

It's not reasonable to want to be able to reverse trade. In the first place, RBY and RSE are on different gaming platforms (GB and GBA respectively), so how can you even trade between them?

Anyway, for me I'm pretty satisfied with the games. It's just that the more the number of Pokemon that cannot be gotten in the game (Introducing... Deoxys! Jirachi! You can't get them at all, and it's impossible to get Nintendo Events in Singapore! Yay... ). the more annoyed I get.

absol is just a rip off for a four legged scyther, no matter how i much i love it

the bagon stages are a rip off of the dratini ones and the aron forms are a rip off of pupitar, all in one game!!!!!!!!!

those are my only concerns

aron's more like rhyhorn & rhydon... and bagon is more like larvitar (2 legged thing, shelled thing, good physical sweeper thing.) some however are unique, think about there was nothing like flygon before, nothing like groudon before, nothing like kyogre, and definetely nothing like latios *hugs latios* but the nintendo event thing ticked me off too, but other than that they are really good games.

The only real let down to me is how they won't use voice samples from the TV show for the pokemon. I know it would be in real crappy quality if it were done, but it'd be a lot better than the beeps that they use now. They don't have any excuses not to use it for Pearl/Diamond because it can be done with ease on the DS.

SO many of the Pokemon's cries sound similar, like and ! See for yourself!
