You could run a curse umbreon or snorlax set, both are basically

+def or s.def -speed nature
252hp the rest in atk or S.def to your preference.
@leftovers/Chesto berry
Curse
Rest
STAB attack. Body Slam/Return for snorlax or Payback for umbreon.
Sleep talk (w/leftovers) or an attack move to pair with STAB for type coverage, though if you choose sleep talk on snorlax make his attack a move crunch otherwise ghosts will wall him.

though I cant think movesets for them off my head {dragonite} {gyarados} {swampert} {metagross} and Nasty Plot {togekiss} are all decent bulky sweepers, look around smogon's sets for ideas.

brb Turkey

An Umbreon set I run is:

{umbreon} @ leftovers
Sassy (+SpD -Spe) (0 speed IVs)
EVs: 252 Hp/ 58 Atk/ 200 SpD
Moveset:
-Curse
-Payback
-Wish
-Baton Pass/Yawn/Protect/etc.

Personally, I prefer Wish over Rest Sleep Talk. I don't have much experience with Umby, but that's the set I have. I wouldn't say it's the best, but it's something worth trying.

For ubers, Palkia would do. For OU, possibly skarmory with swords dance and steel wing to raise defense and do decent damage. You could teach it agility too.

Machamp. Bulky versions own the field. Physical bulkiness.

Togekiss. NP versions will dominate when set-up. Also has Roost. Special bulkiness.

That was a really yummy turkey.

I've been liking Hariyama as of late for my bulky sweeper, kinda like machamp, But a bit more defensive, a bit less offensive.

I usually use a swampert as my bulky sweeper, he works really well. Also I just ran into an agility metagross that was a real pain to take down, I am not sure of it full moveset I know it had EQ and T Punch.

Gliscor deserves a mention as a bulky sweeper. It has access to roost, and a whopping 125 base def. Base atk and def reach a respectable 95. Gliscor also has access to atk boosting move swords dance and spe boosting move rock polish. Personally, I use mine as a tank. :)

I'd have to go with Swampert.

252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Atk

and it still ends up killing a lot of things (only gotta watch out for grass knot and energy ball)...

The standard bulky Gyarados is quite viable and very useful. With Taunt on a Gyarados then it can't be hit with a T-Wave or WoW.
