Post Skill Swap
Basically, I taught my Kadabra skill swap for fighting Lor-lady, and I skill swapped her Dewgong's Thick Fat.

But now, my Kadabra isn't synchronizing a Vileplume that sleep powders it to sleep.

Is Skill Swap permanent, does Synchronize have a % chance to occur, or...?

Synchronize only works on burn, paralysis, and poison, not sleep.
