No, I do NOT take any requests HERE. Visit my shop if you do want a sig like these.

You can only use them if they aren't already being used, and have to GIVE CREDIT.

Any comments...

Only one thing: It's not easy to read the text.

But they are good. Where can I learn to do things like that with my GIMP?

Thanks for the comments.

Well... I literally experimented it by myself. Have 6 layers, put the render on your sig and multiply it around so it covers, then blur it gaussian by 8-10, then noise prick by 5, then blur, then prick. On your 2nd layer brush something that stands out, like a decorative kind. 3rd layer, brush for texture and lower the opacity. On the 4th, put gridlines or scanlines (optional) then lower the opacity. 5th add the actual render. Finally, 6th add the border and once again lower the opacity. Text is optional. Merge all the layers together and voila! A very own sig made by you!

If you don't understand this I can make a tutorial if I have time... provided it gets stickied

I'm also going to make this my banner gallery soon!

Any other comments...

I don't like how most of them have that mesh behind them, it sort of makes it less original.

You mean the gridlines, yeah.

Btw, now I know how to overlay and softlight layers as well as add patterns to a sig :)

Now for some artwork (oldest to latest):

Don't ever say that! Believe it or not I was just like you, but practice and patience made me who I am now. Some more sigs:

Nice job DragonSpear, but I have a question.

Do you use brushes a lot and if so, where do you get them, cuz I don't have that many so far ._.

I like them a lot I have recently started experimenting with making sigs in photoshop. I made my sig and I think that it came out okay. I was wondering how do make the text like that?

Oooh, a decent amount of comments :)

@ Pokemon Ranger: Thanks

@ ToL: Do you want me to give you links, cos what in my sigs have so far are splatter brushes, vector grunge brushes and couple of defaults. I forgot some of the names of the photoshop brushes (are you using photoshop or gimp?) Also I just grain merge/displace some of the C4D's to give it extra texture.

@ shadowman777: Simple (I used to wonder too lol) Just go to dialogs, layers and up there somewhere it should say "mode". Beside it is a dropscreen. Click on overlay. (To your text layer of course) You also might want to duplicate the text layer incase it is unreadable. BTW are you maybe from the PE2K forums?? Just asking.

@ gamer guy: Thanks

I'll try to add some more sigs later

The roserade one looks cool, and oops! You double posted. It's okay though :D
PS: Remember the banner and avvie you made me? The banner won't show on your thread so I can't copy and paste it and when I try to put the avvie it says the size must be between 0 and 20 :( Help?

Gimp, because I only have PSE 2.0 and Photoshop wants me to pay for a new version. Plus, I've tried out Photoshop CS3 Extended, and I liked Gimp better.

Anyway, I'd like to say that the sig that I have in Cobalt is missing, so did you delete it or is photobucket just being stupid?
