on 3 island the cave has a man and the cave isn't extended... i've beaten the elite 4 once and, when I go inside the cave the man still there and the cave still square.....

Your first concern should be that Leafgreen isn't technically part of Kanto Generation (Color Generation). I'll not try to mod (and if I did, I apologize...).

As for your problem, I'm not sure. Check the guide if you have any questions. The one main thing I've found about this site is that their guides are very accurate and incredibly in-depth. I'm sure you can find your answer by looking at it.

i've followed the guides... the guide says that somethings are made with the elite 4 defeated and caugth 60 pokemon... I only have 30... but in the guide, on the moment of entering the cave it says only that we need the elite 4 defeated... I'll try to caught 60 pokemon...

Beyond the cave are wild Dunsparces, which require the national dex to see, so that's probably what you need to have. If you still get get to there, just complete the quests on the Islands as they come to you and you will eventually be able to get to the end.

Have you beaten the improved Elite 4? The ones that have pokemon in the 60s and 70s? If not, try that.

The only reason you can't go on is because there are dunsparce in a patch of grass after you exit the cave on the side where that person is and they are NOT from Kanto.

Get the national dex, go to the end of the "Finished" cave and you will get a Nugget from the guy. Check those rocks and 1 has ANOTHER nugget. ($$$!)
