Where are the energy roots and retival herbs???

It saids on the guide on Cleadon City but where????

Energy Root is basically a Hyper Potion, except that it reduces a Pokemon's happiness.

Revival Herbs are basically a Revive, except that, again, it reduces a Pokemon's happiness.

If you're confused about happiness, check the link Sion9 gave you in your other topic.

And the items guide says Cerulean City, not Celadon. You can get it from the house above the Poke Center, but you need berry powder to get it.
