I wouls say Flamethrower. That's the move that saves me all the time.
And why do you only have dammaging moves?
I use these:

Flamethrower.
Heat Wave.
Toxic.
Synny Day. <-- trying to find another move.

And my 2nd Charizard:

Flamethrower.
Earthquake.
Dragon Dance.
Toxic.

I have breeded the 2nd to get Dragon Dance.

i only have damaging moves because i never use stat changing moves. if i have them i just ignore them like there not there. if my pokemon faints i just revive it and when i battle my friends i take them down while there slowly healing themselves.

Hmmm... okay.
That never works for me... maybe because I use Dragons and Psychics most of the time.
But okay if it works for you, then I will just say: Use Flamethrower.

Yes. Blastoise is strong against Fire so that would be the best.

But do you have to use your Charizard? I would use a Kingdra or Seadra.

Because Kingdra can use (dont remamber if Seadra can) Blizzard and Icy Wind. Blastoise is weak against Ice and Kingdra is strong against Water (very strong (x0,25)).

Considering you like offensive movestes, I would suggest this

Dragon Claw
Flamethrower
HPElectric/Grass
Aerial Ace

Having a lot of moves of the same type on one Pokemon never worked for me. Having HPElectric/Grass would take care of Blastoise in a flash

and zapdos lvl 50

Use that with Shockwave or other Electric type move. You'd be surprised.
(Or yes, any of the other people's suggestions, but Zapdos is a more simple approach, considering the resources available).

Since Gamingpro said that the rival's Blastoise was 63, not 75, he doesn't have access to the breeding daycare yet.

It's resistant to Ice, Morganor. That would definitely be a bad idea.

Zapdos on the other hand, is not.

How did you get that far with just a Charizard that only knows two types of moves?!

Zapdos has really high special attack so just buy Thunder and then give it to Zapdos. Use him against the Ice trainer and then Lance (The Pokemon Zapdos is effective against) and that should gain him some levels. Then just hope that 70% accuracy pays off on Blastoise.
