This is my personal favourite for Ursaring:

Ursaring@Life Orb/Leftovers
Adamant
Ability: Guts
Rest
Sleep Talk
Facade
Stone Edge/Earthquake

Ursaring is the only Pokemon other than Swellow to get Guts + STAB Facade, so it pulls off Sleep Talk+Facade very well, along with its monstrous 130 Attack. Stone Edge to get Skarmory and Gengar, or EQ for Rocks and other Steels. It's a pity it's slow, though.

Ursaring's Spd is really low, you might want to max HP and Atk so it can take hits better as it won't outspeed much anyway with max Spd.

Try this one:

Ursaring with Toxic Orb
Adamant/Jolly Nature
Ability:Quick Feet
EVs:6HP/252Atk/252Spd
.Swords Dance/Fire Punch
.Facade
.Shadow Claw
.Earthquake

This Moveset gives Ursaring some speed making it able to Sweep effectively, and after toxic orb is in effect, and it has used Swords Dance,Facade will KILL anything thats not Steel type.It may not be as defensive as the last set that was mentioned(and it may not last long due to poison)but it has allot more sweeping Potential.

I've proposed this set in a Facader thread before but many people were just against it....I have no idea why...Quick Feets is useless blablabla....that's what some of them said...and they insisted that a Slow, Guts Ursaring works better. Oh well, let's see what their response will be now. :?

my ursaring is pretty much the same:

{ursaring} @ toxic orb
quick feet / male
252 atk / lots of speed / rest HP
swords dance
facade
earthquake
crunch

i gave it enough speed to hit 200 (300 with toxic). basically you send him in to force a switch. swords dance while they switch something else in, and then you can do LOTS of damage.

note that 300 spd isnt all that fast, but a max speed jolly quick feet ursaring gets up to 343 (pretty sure). pretty fast, but still not faster than gengar etc. but after a swords dance, facade is beastly. with guts i think its close to a OHKO even on skarm.

Well...More speed is always good, this may be a good set...
But,with all respect  ,i prefer a bulky one...

And i will say the reasons...

1-Slow
Even with Max Ev+Jolly, his Max Speed is 229,what makes him get a speed of 343...What isn't enough to outspeed an Infernape... :(
But the good news is that everything slower is doomed!
It's perfect for a late game sweeping... :D

Be careful about Choice Scarfers and First Priority!
Most important the latter...
Vacuum Wave WILL hurt...

2-Durability
He not only lost leftovers recovery,he also gains toxic damage as a bonus...
And with the great amount of residual damage we face on OU
(Stealth Rock,Spikes,Sandstorm,Hail)...It will be dead in few turns...

3-Setting Up
He needs one turn to use Sword Dance,
And he only get's the speed + Facade boost after he
activate Toxic Orb...
So you lose one turn to start setting...
That is not something so hard if you can predict well...
No offense,
But i think it will be hard to get this Sword Dance...

4-Coverage...

His moves will be ...
Sword Dance + 3 attacking moves...

You really want that Facade Boost so...

you have two more attacking moves...

Elemental Punches are illegal with Quick Feet...
(I hope they make those move tutors again on platinum... <3 )

So...you got those options...

Normal+Dark/Ghost+Ground = Forretress & Skarmory Walls...
Normal+Ground+Rock = Bronzong Walls...
Normal+Fighting+Dark/Ghost = Spiritomb Walls...

Not bad...
But not awesome either...

Yeah...
It might be a good strategy i think i might use it someday...
But i dunno,man...
Just my opinion...

BTW awesome BL pokémon...

there is also the brave nature possibility. with a minimum speed of 103 he could do well in a trick room team. if he got paralysed, even better.....

as for being walled, he's still gonna do STACKS to skarm/zong/anything with swords dance, guts, and facade (STAB plus raise from status).

i really like ursaring - he's my mascot on smogon :D

btw - what does everyone think of psypokes new mascot??

{ursaring} @ Toxic Orb
Quick Feet/Jolly
252 HP 216 Spe rest HP
Swords Dance
EQ
Facade
Crunch

I lead with a standard Baton Ninjask, and I just pass speed boosts + any swords I can fit + subs to Ursa and proceed to destroy. Ursa has SD to use on a switch or incase Ninjask goes down

yeah, that would be pretty much my exact set :)

i just had another look at ursa's stats. why does it have a special attack base of 75? if only sp atk and spd were switched - then adamant quick feet ursa would have 373 speed - that beats max speed sceptile/duggy/alakazam by 1.......

I don't think a Bulky Ursaring's gonna do much b4 it faints....and it will almost surely faint after taking out at most 1 Pokemon unless it switches amd after which it'll become quite useless...that "Tankiness" isn't gonna protect it from much...at all. I'd rather take my chances at an Ursaring who has a chance of wiping out an entire team if the opposition doesn't have anything faster.

I guess that's one of the reasons he isn't an OU... :?

Ursaring@Choice Band
Guts
Adamant 252 HP 252 ATK 6 def
Facade
Fire Punch
Crunch
EQ/close combat

Switch it in on a WoW and let the destruction begin, 252 HP allows Ursaring to survive some hits,
