Well, after beating Tower Tycoon with his team of legends, I can now longer say I fear Blissey, because it was responsible for downing the two that weren't Heatran.
Now I'd have to say, that in battle, I would fear Mewtwo if I didn't have any ubers on my team, and probably Bronzong, but not as much, because the same Blissey I mentioned earlier outwalled one in the BT. But it took foreeeeeeeeever...and I ran out of PP for Seismic Toss...at least the other two on the team were pushovers.

Alright, I've been reading this thread and seen that has gotten more then it's fair share of fearfulness.
Now I'd like to ask, what is it that you do to make sure you can overcome this fear? Blissey is a hard nut to crack, so what do you do about her?

I consider Giratina the 'opposite side' of the mystical Dialga and Palkia, being born when the world was first created. Basically the anti-existence to all the other pokemon.

^Good question.
I've never fought a real Blissey in DP (grr), but I have fought several in Emerald's Battle Frontier, and I did the following:
-Used Toxic on it.
-Attacked it with physical moves (duh).
-Bring a move that never misses because they tend to use Double Team a lot.
Now in DP I'd probably just outwall it with my own Blissey or Bronzong, because if the Blissey has Counter, my phys. sweepers would be toast.

WOW. Why didnt I ever think of that?????
I agree with the double teamy-never-missy thing. And Toxic.
Yeah I just keep at it and use X accuracy in times of desperate need.

OMG, i've just experienced how devastating a skarmory really is. With it's tank/annoyer ability and steel wing, it's scares the s*** out of me (not literally). Now I know how skarmbliss is one of the many fears of trainers.

I don't think Blissey is that hard.
But my brother's Charizard... He doesn't know about DVs and EVs and all the other things that can make a pokémon strong (I do)... And he allways beat me with that Charizard.

Bronzong.
My starter was not chimchar, it is the only pokemon ever that caused that much devastation on my team.

Blissey is annoying. But is easy to take down with any CB pokemon. Even trained Tyranitar can probably OHKO it with Focus punch (401 Attack is something that you dont want mess with). CBtars Brick break and D-danced T-tar Brick break. In the time when my team was Un EV trained and Specialaising SpAtt, Blissey allways killed me.
Now my fear is probably things like DT.annoyers, Curseperts, And another anoying things in BF.

dewgong, they are fast and can use ice beam and aurora beam, and since my most powerful pokemon are garchomp and dragonite it always messes up my flow.

Dewgong, fast?
If you think Dewgong are annoying like that, you are going to positively loathe Porygon-Z.

i always wipe the floor with any porygon and all its evolutions, especailly since i usually have an enigma berry or the other berry that powers down ice moves cause all i need is one hit from my dragonite's outrage or my garchomps dragon rush and its usually done

What about Garchomp's Outrage? And if you mean in the Battle Tower, then all the Porygon-Zs in there are easy. They try and use Conversion 2 before anything else.
Dragonite has a lower base speed than Porygon-Z, so it'll probably be downed before Dragonite moves. And giving a Focus Sash to him is not by any means uncommon either, so he can hold his own against Garchomp as well.
