Got some extra time,

SS: I could have sworn your's was rated by someone else,

{pikachu} : Looks good, I suggest replacing Quick Attack with Submission or Seismic Toss for those annoying Ground/Rocks.

{primeape}: Rough poke choice, since Fighters didn't have a decent STAB move. Try Submission, Rock Slide, Body Slam and Double Team.

{blastoise}: Good as long as you replace Tail Whip with EQ.

{butterfree}: On of my fav UUs, sadly it's has weaknesses to Flamethrower, Ice Beam and Thunderbolt, which are common Special moves.
Put Solarbeam or Double Team in the open spot, just make sure you put them to sleep before you charge up for Solarbeam.

{flareon}: Body Slam is a decent move on this pokemon, since his Speed isn't too good. Put B-Slam over Bite and Reflect over Swift. (Flareon gets better in GSC)

EDIT: forgot Pidgeot,

{pidgeot}: Try the standard, Wing Attack, Reflect, Toxic and Double Team/Substitute.

Aquarius:

{mewtwo}: Mewtwo has insane Special in RBY, Try Psychic, Ice Beam, Amnesia and Recover. Amnesia is a most have on a RBY Mewtwo.

{mew}: Try the Special Standard of Psychic, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt and Softboiled.

{dragonite} 1 : If you want this special, then do Surf, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt and Flamethrower (Crystal). If you can't get Flamethrower, Rest will do.

{dragonite} 2 : Toxic and T-Wave don't work together, try the Physical for this one, though I suggest you get rid of a Dragonite. The Physical Standard is Wing Attack, Body Slam and 2 filler moves, I suggest Reflect and Rest for the fillers.

{blastoise}: Moves like Hydro Pump and Hyper Beam are bad. The standard is Surf, Ice Beam/ Blizzard, EQ and Rest/Counter.

{poliwrath}: Surf, Ice Beam and EQ/Rest over Hypnosis, Hydro Pump and Mega Kick.

Psychic Girl: I suggest you train all of these to LV. 100 and try to pick pokes of different types, instead of all Psychics.

{mew}: Fire Blast and Thunder are bad, replace them with Thunderbolt and Flamethrower (Crystal) /Surf.

{mewtwo}: Ice Beam or Thunderbolt over Swift and Recover over Strength.

{mr. mime}: I suggest getting rid of Barrier and Confusion since you already have Psychic and Reflect. Put Light Screen and Thunderbolt over them.

{starmie}: Ice Beam and Thunderbolt/Recover over Confuse Ray and Water Gun.

{hypno}: Reflect, Body Slam and Thunder Wave over everything except Psychic.

{kadabra}: Evolve as soon as possible and I suggest you trade it over to GSC and teach it the elemental punches.

I dunno where to get those bloody sprites..anyways. Here was my team before they got erased. (currently working on a new one)

All lvl 100.

Lapras - Blizzard, Surf, Body Slam, Thunderbolt.

Raichu (Sparky) - Thunder, Thunderbolt, Slam, Quick Attack.

Charizard (Nick) - Flamethrower, Fireblast, Fly, and Strength.

Gyarados (Gary) - Blizzard, Surf, Waterfall, and Sleep Powder. (My friend used a gameshark to get him, and for him to learn Sleep Powder ;x)

Jolteon - Thunder, Thunderbolt, Quick Attack, and..can't remember his last move.

Hitmonlee (Kickbutt) - Mega Kick, Hi Jump Kick..or something like that, Submission, and I don't remember his other one either.

These guys were my dreamteam, and I <3'd them, until my game got stole :(

I need some movesets for Ninetales and Persian. (If they could be sweepers, that would be great) Any ideas?

Alright, first of all, Hyper beam BAAAD. use somesthing else, like Swords Dance. YOu need a stat upping attaack. Everything else is fine.

{moltres} (only lvl 21)
peck
fly
fire spin
Aim for something like this
{moltres}
Flamethrower
Drill Peck
Sky attack
Fire Blast
(Moltres dosen't have the bes move capabilities_

{chansey}
double edge
doubl slap (to be replaced with soft-boiled)
psychic
tail whip (need a different special based attack. any suggestions?)
I'd use Defense curl. A good deffense based Chansey is annoying like heck.

{lapras} (just got it)
growl
water gun

Aim for
{lapras}
Surf
Ice Beam
Body Slam
Hydro Pump
{snorlax} (same problem as lapras)
headbutt
amnesia
rest

Use this

{snorlax}
Body Slam
Rest
Amnesia
Surf

{gengar} (lvl 18 in level up proccess)
lick (something different?)
night shade
thunder bolt
confuse ray
Use this

Gengar
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Night Shade
Confuse Ray

Hope I helped!

Try Surf and Rest over Hydro Pump and Dragon Rage

{moltres} (only lvl 21)
peck
fly
fire spin

Wing Attack if you can get it, Flamethrower from Crystal, and Rest and another move like D-Team, Moltres isn't that good of a poke

{chansey}
double edge
doubl slap (to be replaced with soft-boiled)
psychic
tail whip (need a different special based attack. any suggestions?)

Try Softboiled, Toxic, Counter and Psychic, Chansey doesn't have much of a good special attack, but not as bad as it's attack.

{lapras} (just got it)
growl
water gun

Surf, Ice beam, Thunderbolt and Rest for the set

{snorlax} (same problem as lapras)
headbutt
amnesia
rest

Amnesia, Psychic, Ice beam or Surf and Rest for the Special Sweep version.

{gengar} (lvl 18 in level up proccess)
lick (something different?)
night shade
thunder bolt
confuse ray

Try Psychic, Thunderbolt, Confuse Ray and another move like Rest or Double Team.

Um Blaze, I know you're trying to help but,
1: Gyarados can't learn Swords Dance
2: The Moltres has 2 fire attacks, which is bad and it can't learn Drill Peck, plus Sky Attack is bad.
3: Defense Curl is pointless on a Chansey, it has horrible defense,
4: Don't put Body Slam on a Special Sweeping Snorlax.
5: Hydro Pump is bad on Lapras and it has 2 Water attack moves, and
6: Shadow Ball doesn't exist in RBY.

How come no one has rated this kid's team... Honestly, you people need to help each other out, can't sit around waiting...

Teach him Fire Blast in place of Flamethrower, so you can take out Snorlax is 3 hits and Tauros in 2 hits. And Flareon has a weak defense, so don't expect him to score 24 hits, with 358 attack and the 318 special of the "Eeveelutions" (that's 130 base attack and 110 base special for all your base stat people) Flareon is an offensive Pokemon. Also try Body Slam in place of Hyper Beam, for the 30% chance of paralysis which helps out with Flareon's speed. And speaking of speed, what is he doing with Double Rest? He doesn't have the defenses or the quickness to make this worthwhile. Try Reflect and Hyper Beam instead of Double Team and Rest, and you'll have the set I use.

Quote:
{tentacruel}
-Surf
-Blizzard (90% accuracy is so cheap, but I'm taking advantage of it! :D )
-Barrier
-Rest

This is better. Blizzard and Barrier are okay; however, commonly used special powerhouses like Alakazam and Starmie have attacks like Psychic and Thunderbolt which take out Tentacruel in two or three hits, making Rest less effective. I would also recommend Hydro Pump in place of Surf for sheer power and advantage versus normal-type physical attackers (see my notes on Flareon's Fire Blast), but that's your call.

Quote:
{magneton}
-Thunderbolt
-Thunder Wave
-Reflect
-Rest

Reflect? That only allows Magneton to survive one extra turn. Even with a Reflect in place, Ground-types and other physical attackers still take this out in less than three turns (which also makes Rest a bad decision). Supersonic and Flash are the only two moves which I can see having any use on Magneton, besides the obligatory Thunderbolt and Thunderwave.

Quote:
{hitmonlee}
-Hi Jump Kick
-Double-Edge
-Meditate
-Rest

Can't even learn EQ...
Lame...

Keep Hi Jump Kick, drop everything else. Try Body Slam over Double-Edge, it has no recoil and a chance of paralysis but still has 85% of the power of Double-Edge. Hitmonlee is usually KO'ed in two three hits from special and physical attackers, so Meditate and Rest aren't worth it. Use Seismic Toss as a utility move against highly defensive Pokemon, and in the fourth slot, Counter.

You're probably not aware of this, but in RBY, the techniques Counter operates differently. First, it only responds to normal- and fighting-type attacks. Seconds, Counter operates over multiple turns; if the last attack to come into contact with you was either the normal-type or the fighting-type, until you are hit with another attacker, you still retain the capacity to Counter back that damage.

The trick with Hipmonlee is to switch him in on the Body Slam from Snorlax. The next turn, if your opponent switches, Counter will do around 300 damage to whatever comes out, because a switch isn't a physical attack. Or your opponent can stay in with Snorlax, but Hitmonlee will be able to do that Pokemon major damage with its Hi Jump Kick. In other words, you force your opponent to predict your action correctly, or sustain heavy damage. Hitmonlee borrows this strategy from its cousin, Hitmonchan, the only Pokemon to learn Counter naturally.

Or you can switch Hitmonlee into a Snorlax's Hyper Beam. It will survive on a sliver of HP and use Counter on the recharge to one-hit KO Snorlax.

Quote:
{alakazam}
-Psychic
-Ice Punch
-Light Screen/Fire Punch
-Recover

Tradeback moves? Psychic is a 90-damage attack with the 1.5x Same-Type Attack Bonus to make it 135, and the Punches are 75 damage x2 = 150 when they're super-effective. So that's only 15 power difference. Ice Punch and especially Fire Punch aren't worth it, and does Alakazam learn Light Screen via tradeback, because he doesn't learn that technique in RBY. Use Thunder Wave and Reflect in those places instead.

Quote:
{aerodactyl}
-Wing Attack
-Rock Slide
-Earthquake
-Hyper Beam (no recharge if it KOs! :D )

Any help would be appreciated.

Aerodactyl can learn neither Rock Slide nor Earthquake in RBY. Wing Attack only has 35 power in RBY. Despite its excellent stats, the best you can do is probably Fly, Supersonic, Double-Edge, and the Hyper Beam you've already put on this set.

Overall, your team is very weak on defense. Did you know that Rhydon takes out all these Pokemon in two moves? You may want to consider the benefits of standards like Exeggutor, Snorlax, and Starmie.

edit: what the hell is "Bug Catcher" supposed to mean...

For Mew, basically just put a bunch of Special Attacks in there, and you'll be fine already. So other than the must have Psychic, teach it Ice Beam, Thunderbolt and Surf, for instance. Ice Beam can also help to protect it from Bug types, its sole weakness back in RBY.

I think you should replace Double Team with Dragon Claw.Makes it better.

{ninetales}
Confuse Ray
Flamethrower
Toxic
Fire Spin

Have HP Grass over Fire Spin since it covers all the weakness of it. You should have Will-O-wisp over Toxic.

{arcanine}
Double Team
Rest
Skull Bash
Bide

This would be a better moveset:

Arcanine
Roar, Heat Wave, Crunch, Flamethrower

{rapidash}
Low Kick
Stomp
Hypnosis
Double Team

Hmm... Sunny Day and Solarbeam over Low Kick and Hypnosis.Have a Flamethrower over Stomp.

{magmar}
Confuse Ray
Psychic
Toxic
Thunder Punch

Replace Toxic with Flamethrower. Others are good enough.

{flareon}
Roar
Toxic
Flamethrower
Fire Spin

Replace Roar ,Toxic and Fire Spin with Return, Double Team and Shadow Ball

Yup, i love fire, and am only really willing to switch any if they are a psychic or rock type, but will probably be partial towards the fire.

Maybe you would want a Slash over Double Team?

{ninetales}
Confuse Ray
Flamethrower
Toxic
Fire Spin

Kick Fire Spin out.Replace it with Safeguard.

{arcanine}
Double Team
Rest
Skull Bash
Bide

Good enough.Just put in another attacking move over Bide.

{rapidash}
Low Kick
Stomp
Hypnosis
Double Team

Okay.The best!

{magmar}
Confuse Ray
Psychic
Toxic
Thunder Punch

Replace Toxic with Seismis toss

{flareon}
Roar
Toxic
Flamethrower
Fire Spin

Just put a move with better power and accuracy over Fire Spin.

Sorry :oops: I forgot that it is yellow.

:roll: Safeguard is a Johto attack and doesn't exist in Yellow.

Anyway, my rate for Nintales is take out Fire Spin and teach it Double Edge.

{arcanine}
Double Team
Rest
<s>Skull Bash</s>
<s>Bide</s>

Take out Bide for sure, and replace it with Flamethrower. Skull Bash imo isn't that great of a move, and I'd take that out and replace it with Body Slam. As for Rest, I'd teach Arcanine Dig or Double Edge.

{flareon}
<s>Roar</s>
Toxic
Flamethrower
<s>Fire Spin</s>

Ew, Roar...take that out for sure, and replace it with Double Edge or Body Slam. As for Fire Spin, teach it Reflect. Your team of fire pokes are going to be ripped apart by physical attacks.

You don't need more than one move of a single type on the same Pokemon. Keep Thunderbolt, remove the rest and teach it Thunder Wave/Body Slam, Double Team and Seismic Toss (Raichu has a really limited movepool in RBY).

Also, you definitely need other Pokemon aside from Raichu. You don't want your entire team to be wiped out by a single Ground type.
