The "Send out stars" are the little stars or balls or whatever is shown when you throw the ball.
I would like to know how to get Timer Balls in Emerald version. I already have one, but can I get more???? They would be really useful on a legendary like  ,  , or  .
Also answer the pole! Example for pole: The Net Ball shows blue balls (or bubbles) coming from your pokemon when you send out your pokemon. However, I think you have to talk to the Devon Corp President, who is found standing outside Route 116, after completing some quests before you can buy them. _________________ Need homework help? My favorite is Luxury Ball. It shows two Ultra Ball-style circles. And the energy field is orange.
Master Ball is up there too, but Luxury is my fave. _________________ |

i don't really have a favorite ball send out stars but i do like the timer balls send out stuff
and the luxury ball is not their :( |

The net ball is sweet - really cool for my favorite pokemon type (water)
Btw, it sends out a net, last i checked. |

I dont like the Master ball star.I like Pokeballs instead since the anime only uses Pokeballs.That's why it attracted me to catch Mewtwo by a Pokeball.
