 lost sapphire stone

Post lost sapphire stone
im playing on my cuz's fire red and i cant find the sapphire stone to fix Celio's machine. it isnt in my bag, in team rocket's wharehouse and it isnt in that cave place Celio's machine isnt fixed yet. does anyone no where it might be?

Did you beat the trainers in the 4 Island Cave with Lorelei? I think you need to do that before you can go find the sapphire in the cave, and then subsequently get it from the warehouse. Other than that idea, I have no clue where it might have gone.
