And 3mew12, if you throw a Gravelerock at Shedinja, it'll do the normal 20 damage and KO it. (Same applies to all the throwing items. And geez, get yourself Ember or something...)

Hmm... the most annoying? That would have to be ... all weak Pokémon that always want to join the team when no-one wants them...

Any Ghost Pokemon. My reason being that they can stand on the dungeon walls where you can't attack them directly and most of the times my items miss them.

As poe said they just stand in the walls. Especially when they attack through walls, and, as most people know gravelerock (and most similar items) cannot go through walls...

Ghost pokemon. They annoy the crap outta me, just like Poe said, by hiding in the walls. If they didn't hide in the freakin walls I'd be able to capture a lot of em. My other one anyways, would be shedninja. Ita either Im no good, or the Shedninja is the king/queen.

Yeah, Hyperbole, Gravelerock got to 999 very quickly for me. Charizard is a great Shedinja (or any Ghost) killer; Heat Wave and Blast Burn both go through the walls to attack.
Powder Snow, Thunderbolt, Night Shade - all attacks of that nature can hit inside the walls.

is not for me but and because is too weak that's why it didn't took long enough for 's triple kick. is really great once you've recruit it it's Lv.90 but of course with 1 IQ level,it's great for Lv.1 dungeons but it's type don't give an advantage as normal but with it's Color Swap not very effective is always my opponents attack unless an advantage.

Shedinja for me too. I hate it when I don't bring gravelrocks and it comes from a wall. Then I havee to tell my team to go away to lure it out of the wall.

The in the Ghost Maze of Marowak Dojo were WICKED annoying when they hung back in the walls and cut your attack with growl.

because their Silver Wind can easily nail you if you're unprepared.

All ghost types when you have a ghost type with you. Seriously, this is the most annoying circumstance ever. In MD1, you've just recruited some ghost type Pokemon, and you don't have any Escape Orbs / all of them are sticky / you're trying to get a second or third recruit, and then from the walls come a GASTLY!!! Then you can't do anything but watch your recruit die, unless they beat the Pokemon.

Politoed in both. Why? Perish Song. I hate getting to floor 29 in Northwind field in MD1 and then a Politoed you're fighting uses Perish Song. Even if you have one / two reviver seeds, you've lost a few of your team members / recruits in the process, so now you're reviver seed-less and you have no extra Pokemon to help with fighting Suicune.

Any freaking Pokemon with Sand Veil in the Northern Desert/Quicksand cave. They're impossible hit thanks to Sand Stream Pokemon / some Pokemon using Sandstorm / a randomly placed sandstorm.

Any pokemon that uses a move that effects the whole room, like discharge or earth power. (plays PMD2 for a minute) AUGGGGGH!!!!!!!! Stupid ****ing nidoqueen's EARTH POWER!!!!!!!!!111!!!!
They kill me when I cant even attack them. SO ANNOYING
