I have some questions about the Mew Glitch (It should be called "The Gambler Glitch")
On Psypoke it says "It exploits small Programming Errors and by Manipulating Hexadecimal values"
I understand the Programming Error, but i'm wondering about the Hexadecimal Values.
Is there a way to figure out what pokemon will come, like for an example,
Lv. 16 Shellder, Lv. 12 Koffing and Lv. 17 Slowpoke all made Mew appear for me, I don't see how, unless it's random.
And i'm pretty sure Level effects what poke appears.
Perhaps someone could explain to me how this works.

Okay, thanks Chime.
So technically it depends on the Special Stat to get a certain poke to appear?

It says that on the link Chimaerax posted.
I also found a strange glitched trainer that had a # M #, by using a 148 Haunter with 255 special. It had unlimited HP and it glitched my Raichu (it said it knew: Explosion, Explosion, Seismic Toss, Explosion and it acts like you don't have any badges, it uses explosion and the game freezes after it faints.)
Another Strange thing is, it flips the sprites (like after you catch Missingno.)

Is this the glitch where you cannot battle the gambler at Route 8 nor the trainer at Route 25? Then you have to fly before the gambler sees you, and stuff?

Yes, but you can do it with other trainers too. Just make sure you don't battle the certain Gambler on route 8.
