They're my favorite of the crappy emo bands, their new CD is ten times better than the other two.
My favorite song is either Mama or Teenagers.

They're a horrible band - possibly the most overrated band ever to exist. All their songs sound deafeningly similar to every other alternative rock band/song in the modern music industry, and their lyrics are laughable.

Wow wait a min people, I guess you're forgetting Fall Out Boy, so they can't be the worst.

I only like their song called This is How I Disappear. It just strongly appeals to me, but when listening to others, it just feels it's another (crappy) band. Oh well.

my fav mcr song is definetly "Its's Not a Fashion Statement, It's a Death Wish" on three cheers for sweet revenge.

I'm quite fond of their new CD, The Black Parade. I'm into the Alternative/Punk/Emo genre so I suppose that's the only reason it appeals to me.

I only like one song from them and that is Welcome To The Black Parade I think.

The other day my friend and I were listening to my iPod (RIP ;o;) and she asked me to put on some MCR. I was offended.

But then I went home and looked up some of their songs on Youtube. Aside from their faces being absolutely hideous, their music isn't horrible like I thought. But they still won't ever be playing on my speakers.

I "used" to like them. Anyway I still listen to their old songs though. My favorite is "im not okay"..

OMG I love My Chemical Romance!

And some of the guys in My Chemical Romance are cute. Gerard Way is (but ya know, that might just be my POV).





I don't know what Madina Lake is,but for the others, they rock.

But no one calls me a wannabe emo...

to be honest they don't rely stereotype emo
just lots of emos like them so the link them together
but they're wrong because i am a metalhead and i like quite allot of there songs just couse its a change of pace
and i don't see why you should hate them just couse you don't wanna be emo

2. Not THAT bad.

The only song that I like by them is Welcome to the Black Parade.

To be honest I thought their first album (I Brought You My Bullets You Brought Me Your Love), was hardly music.
It was some instruments being beaten, and a teenager that hated the world shouting infrequently.

Their second was much more pleasant than the bitter hatred squeezed into the first.

The third once again became a more diluted version of the previous.

I hope their fourth is more like that of the genius that was splashed into the second.
And not another diluted remake with death in every title.

I love how people list 15 different songs that they like by them, and then afterwards say "those r the only 1s i like, the rest sux". Hypocrites.
