I chose to put up these movesets for that exact reason - the other trio has better movesets and ones which i already know. I wanted to see how some for the birds would go because they are very limited.

Articuno sounds good with what you said, but im keeping Sky Attack on Moltres. Im also tempted to give Moltres Agility so he can get moves in first.

Not sure what I want for the last pokemon. This is going to be a Pokemon Stadium 2 team, too. I only have Silver version and I can't trade with my other versions because I don't have two N64 controllers so don't suggest something from Yellow or Gold and R/B/C don't even save anymore anyway.

So basically, I only have access to items in Silver version and Silver version only. [Which means all TMs because I can clone items]

Without access to Surf, this thing is outclassed by {electabuzz} and {ampharos} . Without Hidden power (Ice or Grass are good), this is a good moveset. When in doubt for an item, @Leftovers, or

{snorlax} @ mint berry

-Rest
-Earthquake
-Body Slam
-Curse
@Leftovers. Shadow Ball or Earthqake is fine. Body Slam is okay for paralysis, but if you look for power, go with Return.

{typhlosion} @ ???

-Thunderpunch
-Firepunch (It'll be Flamethrower soon)
-Smokescreen
-???
Smokescreen isn't really that good :( Earthquake instead. In the last spot, Rest @Mint Berry, or Sunny Day.

{heracross} @ ???

-Endure
-Reversal
-Earthquake
-Mega Horn
Either PrzCure Berry, or a Miracle Berry - status is your biggest problem. And, there are no speed up berries, unfortunately. Moves are just fine.

{hypno} @ ???

-Psychic
-Dream Eater
-Hypnosis
???
Hypno was envisioned as a portrayal of Hypnosis/Dream Eater combo, but Hypnosis is 60% accurate - so thats a no. Psychic is good, and go with one or two punches, and throw on a defensive move, like barrier or <s>amnesia</s> light screen (maybe rest)

Noone (except maybe Hypno) can really take physical moves welll. Skarmory, Forretress, <s>and Steelix</s> are all good choices. Forretress explodes, while skarmory toxi-shuffles.

Swords Dance, Earthquake, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Wing Attack/Steel Wing/Rock Slide. Keep with it. Slash is at most 140 after CH and item waste, could be less against a rock or steel. EQ is 100, sometimes 200. Flamethrower is 150, sometimes less, but usally more, but no item :O. Rock Slide hits flyers nicely, steel wing hits rock and ice (already covered though with EQ and Flamerthrower), Wing attack is 90 (then there is a swords dance helping). Also, Dire hit isn't a hold item - you actually need to waste a turn using it.

Raikou Lvl 89 @ X accuracy

Thunder
Charge Beam
Focus Blast
Earth Quake
Whoah, whoah, whoah. You looked at DP learnsets :O Thunderbolt, Thunderwave, Crunch, and Reflect/HP (Ice/Grass). Or, Spark, Crunch, Reflect, HP (Ice/Grass). Your other options include rest-talkers (Rest + SleepTalk) and pseudo hazers (Roar).

(Yellow) Moltres Lvl 98 @ X Special

Fire Blast
Fly
Sky Attack
Aerial Ace
Charizard is much better. DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU CAN HELP IT, AS IT IS REALLY, REALLY BAD!

Lugia Lvl 100

Water Pulse
Recover
Sky Attack
Wing Attack
Defense is what Lugia is - Curse (boost the Defense), Shadow Ball, Earthquake (both are curse boost), and Ancient Power (raise SpDef and recover speed - also, EQ + Ancient Power has no resistors).

StantlerMissing No Lvl 255

Water Gun
Water Gun
Sky Attack
Fly
Do me a favor - No. I will not rate missingno.

Blastoise

Water Pulse
Stomp
Crunch
Focus Blast
Surf, Ice Beam, Rapid Spin/Rest, Mirror Coat/Counter. Mirror Coat is through breeding, counter through RBY. Can't have both though (when you breed for mirror coat, you get rid of counter; when you send it through the Time machine, you get rid of mirror coat.

Thanks for rating my team, but I've made a few changes.

{jolteon} @ miracle berry [replacing Raichu]

-Thunderwave
-Thunderbolt
-Double Kick
-Agility

[It's already evolved and stuff, so I don't think it can BP]

{slowbro} @ leftovers [replacing Hypno]

-Psychic
-Surf
-Amnesia
-Rest

{gengar} @ leftovers

-Explosion
-Psychic
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Punch

The rest of my team is the same (Snorlax, Heracross, Typhlosion) and I'll be using this team for Pokemon Stadium 2. Now though, I can trade with RBY.

Well, did it know b-pass as an Eevee? If so, the move relearner in Stadium2. You could always breed. I personally find umbreon more useful, but this is okay either way. Do you have any idea about the hidden power?

{slowbro} @ leftovers [replacing Hypno]

-Psychic
-Surf
-Amnesia
-Rest
This looks good. Ice beam/flamethrower > amnesia is more typical.

{gengar} @ leftovers

-Explosion
-Psychic
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Punch
Very Standard. Switch out when alakazam comes in (you won't outrun it).

The rest of my team is the same (Snorlax, Heracross, Typhlosion) and I'll be using this team for Pokemon Stadium 2. Now though, I can trade with RBY.

The team I plan to make:
NOTE: I have no acess to trading, so no foreign pokemon/ items/trading evolutions

Physical Sweeper:
{tyranitar} @ quick claw (cause its slow)
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Thrash/Rockslide/Iron Tail
-Screech

I chose this over another I liked, Heracross, because heracross doesnt have much variety in its attacks, Although Megahorn might be worth it, along with the other attcks Krisp has on Heracross (its speed is much higher too) I dont know which to choose and then which Attacks to choose please help here.

Special Sweeper:
{kadabra} @ leftovers
-psychic
-ice punch
-fire punch/kinesis
-recover

Edit: I was thinking....
Octillery @ leftovers
-ice beam
-psybeam
-surf
-rain dance

Im having a lot of trouble finding a good special sweeper..Kadabra has a high SpAtk, but im not sure about the attacks... I considered Espeon, but its not much different from Kadabra, just harder to get to evolve early.....Also considered jynx (lack of good moves)

Annoyer:
{raichu} @???
-thunderwave
-doubleteam
-attract (would replace for sweet kiss, but how does raichu learn it?)
-Thunder/thunderbolt

Mixed Sweeper:
{aerodactyl} @ leftovers
-agility
-earthquake
-takedown/wing attack
-Hyper beam (although recharge is dumb so maybe fireblast)

Also considered Starmie....

{blissey} @ leftovers
I just want it for the super high HP stat, dont know what moves
maybe softboiled, sing, egg bomb..perhaps return?

Last ones hard to explain..

I chose {shuckle} @ mint berry
-Toxic
-Rest
-withdraw
-wrap (it has the same effetc as mean look right?)

I wanted a tank that could take hits, and looked to me as shuckle was the best in GSC for that but I also want a pokemon that could act as a toxi-trapper..again shuckle seemd good...
But umbreon seems to do well there too with meanlook, toxic, confuse ray, and moonlight...but it doesnt work as well as a tank as shuckle... Need your thoughts here too..

{magmar} @???

I guess thats as good as you can make meganium 8-) Good use of special attacks with Sunny Day ... Light Screen to keep weaknesses at a minimum ..........Great

{quagsire} @Mystic Water
-Amnesia-
-EarthQuake-
-Surf-
-Rain Dance-
Replace Mystic Water with Leftovers, Rain Dance is good enough

{electrode} @Magnet
-Swift-
-ThunderBolt-
-Reflect-
-Mirror Coat-
I would replace reflect for light screen altough with your weaknesses I dont think it matters....Mirror Coat and thunderbolt are good... But I would like to see Explosion on electrode, So Id replace swift with that

{piloswine} @Nevermeltice
-Take Down-
-IceBeam-
-Curse-
-EarthQuake-
I guess thats OK for piloswine

{magmar} @???
-FlameThrower-
-Confuse Ray-
-Psychic-
-ThunderPunch
Well Magmar's worst stat by far is defense, so Id Put barrier on it, replacing thunder punch.. Also Magmar has a pretty good Attack, so you could teach it return, replacing flamethrower or psychic, but thats not all important because special attack is better... Up to you.. As for the held Item... Leftovers

{dragonite} @???
-DragonBreath-
-Outrage-
-SafeGuard-
-Return-
Well the only bad thing about this is Dragon Breath.. I think Its useless.. Id say twister is better but not by much.. Id replace it with a really powerful special move like Fire Blast, Thunder, Blizzard... and If you like recharging.........Dare I say... Hyper Beam ( as a KO move perhaps)

Well that is it.

Reflect > HP Fire. Razor Leaf > Solar Beam, and Leech Seed > sunny day. This allows for more move options. Toxic is an option as well. Alternatively, go with curse > reflect, and EQ/Ancient Power > Razor Leaf.

{quagsire} @Mystic Water
-Amnesia-
-EarthQuake-
-Surf-
-Rain Dance-
Ancient Power/Ice beam > Amnesia.

{electrode} @Magnet
-Swift-
-ThunderBolt-
-Reflect-
-Mirror Coat-
Doesn't get mirror coat. T-bolt is good, but throw on Explosion, T-wave, and Screech.

{piloswine} @Nevermeltice
-Take Down-
-IceBeam-
-Curse-
-EarthQuake-
Rock Slide > Ice Beam.

{magmar} @???
-FlameThrower-

This looks good. You may want cross chop > psychic to hit rocks, but thats it.

{dragonite} @???
-DragonBreath-
-Outrage-
-SafeGuard-
-Return-
Flamethrower > Dragon Breath. Dragon + Fire has no resistors.

Well that is it.

Rock Slide in the third spot. A hidden power or return > screech.

Options: Jynx (Lovely Kiss, Psychic, Ice Beam), Slowbro (Psychic, Ice Beam, Surf, Flamethrower). Kadabra/Hypno (Psychic, T-punch, Ice Punch, Recover/Fire Punch), Lapras (Ice Beam, T-bolt, Sing/Confuse Ray/Rest/Surf, Sing/Confuse Ray/Rest/Surf).

Annoyer:
{raichu} @???
-thunderwave
-doubleteam
-attract (would replace for sweet kiss, but how does raichu learn it?)
-Thunder/thunderbolt
Lanturn: T-wave, Confuse Ray, Attract, Surf/T-bolt. That is a better annoyer.

Mixed Sweeper:
{aerodactyl} @ leftovers
-agility
-earthquake
-takedown/wing attack
-Hyper beam (although recharge is dumb so maybe fireblast)
Wing attack, with ancient power/hp rock in the last spot. No mixed sweeper.

Also considered Starmie....

{blissey} @ leftovers
I just want it for the super high HP stat, dont know what moves
maybe softboiled, sing, egg bomb..perhaps return?
Softboiled, Heal Bell are always on. The attack stat sucks - go with bolt-beam (t-bolt and ice beam). Yeah, thats it.

Last ones hard to explain..

I chose {shuckle} @ mint berry
-Toxic
-Rest
-withdraw

I prefer umbreon, for the more balanced stats. Rest > Moonlight, so you don't have only 5 pp.

{hypno} @mint berry
Curse
Shadow Ball
Rest
[insert move]

Basically, Curse up, rest, sweep away with SB and w/e 4th move he'd have...

{typhlosion}
Sunny Day
Flamethrower
Thunderpunch
[insert move]

{umbreon}
Toxic
Mean Look
Moonlight
Confuse Ray

Haven't got crystal, so I can't get a baton pass Eevee =/

{kingdra} @mint berry/bright powder
Double Team
Surf
Ice Beam
Rest

Double team as much as possible and then rest. Then just sweep on, although this set wouldn't do well against water types =/

{aerodactyl}
Earthquake
Ancientpower
Wing Attack
[insert move]

{gengar}
Psychic
Giga Drain
Confuse Ray
Destiny Bond

Well, what is your oppinion about this team? Some of the movesets ain't really any I've seen many try, but would be interesting to use them myself... Hence this is just what I'm planning to get, I haven't used any of them :?

No - make it a mini-Alakazam. Psychic, T-punch, Ice Punch, Rest/Barrier/Amnesia/Fire Punch. Without many physical moves, curse + rest = nono.

{typhlosion}
Sunny Day
Flamethrower
Thunderpunch
[insert move]
Earthquake. @Leftovers.

{umbreon}
Toxic
Mean Look
Moonlight
Confuse Ray

Haven't got crystal, so I can't get a baton pass Eevee =/
Rest > Moonlight for pp and to cure status. @Leftovers. (ML, Toxic, Rest, Repeat.

{kingdra} @mint berry/bright powder
Double Team
Surf
Ice Beam
Rest

Double team as much as possible and then rest. Then just sweep on, although this set wouldn't do well against water types =/
Dragonbreath > Double Team (foe kingdra, paralysis). Return > Rest (sweeper, not staller). @Miracle berry or leftovers.

{aerodactyl}
Earthquake
Ancientpower
Wing Attack
[insert move]
You could rock slide through NYPC or Cheating. Other than that, ancient power or hp rock is fine. for the last move - supersonic for confusion/switches, whirlwind for switches, or substitute to keep you alive.

{gengar}
Psychic
Giga Drain
Confuse Ray
Destiny Bond
So many things you could do - choose 4 of - destiny bond, confuse ray, psychic, ice punch, thunderbolt, fire punch, shadow ball, sludge bomb, explosion. Do something good with this thing, based on your team.

Well, what is your oppinion about this team? Some of the movesets ain't really any I've seen many try, but would be interesting to use them myself... Hence this is just what I'm planning to get, I haven't used any of them :?
Crystal really helps - thunderbolts, ice beams, baton pass on umbreon. I'd reccomend a Lapras > Kingdra, Alakazam/Jynx > Hypno, and a Machamp > Typhlosion

Ahhh! please don't give bad rates.

okay here is what I have...I have to say im sorta new to making extreme decimation-causing pokemon...mostly I have just trained them to be strong and knock out the pokemon in like 1 or 2 hits...

lv 42 {lugia} @ Mystery Berry
Aeroblast
Safeguard
Gust
Recover
About 5 other sets work better than this. Lugia has excellent defenses, and it was meant for that. Curse, aeroblast, Shadow Ball, and Earthquake is popular. Some like Rest in there. Alternatively, seeing as you have such good defenses, go all out attacking. On the special side, you have psychic, surf, thunderbolt and ice beam. On the physical, you have aeroblast, Earthquake, shadow ball, and a filler.

lv 34 {haunter} @ Darkglasses
Hypnosis
Lick
Curse
Nightshade
Oh god, no. Evolve to gengar, first of all. Then, throw on PSychic, Thunderbolt, Ice Punch, and Confuse Ray or Destiny Bond. The defenses suck way too badly to set up curse. Hypnosis has horrid accuracy. And lick? At least shadow ball my friend.

Lv 30 {gyarados} @ Dragon Fang
Waterfall
Surf
Dragon Rage
Whirlpool
Gyara was nerfed in GSC. Please discard unless you like Return and Surf or something. OR use as an HM Slave.

Lv 48 {typhlosion}
Swift
Quick Attack
Flame Wheel
Ember
1 Fire move (Flamethrower), one electric move (thunderpunch) and one ground move (Earthquake) is good for its principal moves. For the final move, go with Sunny Day @Leftovers to screw over waters, or Rest @Chesto to not screw over your waters.

lv 15 {hoothoot}
Tackle
Fly
Flash
Peck

and a duplicate Typhlosion

Tell me...how can I improve my deadliness?
Lapras > Gyarados. Exeggcutor/Alakazam > Hoothoot. Blissey or Miltank or soemthing > duplicate Typhlosion.

I just restarted Silver so any changes will be able to be made. Moves with an * I am unsure of but my best guess is there. I'm assuming leftovers for all unless a better alternative is there.

Houndoom
~Sunny Day
~Solar Beam
~Flamethrower
~Crunch
This looks good. KEep as far away from you lapras as possible.

Lapras
~Surf
~Ice Beam
~Confuse Ray
~Double Team*
--I want to keep her in there a long time, so I thought Double Team would keep her alive, any other defensive possibility?
Rest is good instead of Double Team. So is thunderbolt, if you can get it.

Exeggutor
~Psychic
~Giga Drain
~Leech Seed*
~Sleep Powder*
--What is the best way to keep him alive or should the slots be offensive?
This is actually good.

Snorlax
~Rest
~Earthquake
~Body Slam
~UH...
--I'm paranoid about losing turns to sleep but he can survive, right?
Of course he can. He'll survive better if he has curse for the last spot.

Ampharos
~Thunderpunch
~Fire Punch
~Thunder Wave
~Attract
--I don't have Crystal and is that how she gets T-Bolt?
You could breed with Pikachu/Raichu.

Tyranitar
~Earthquake
~Rock Slide
~Crunch
~Return
If you can, HP Flying > Return, but that HP Flying best have a base power more than 60. Your good otherwise.

Looks good overall. You read the moveset guides, thank you!

Typically, I only rate finished versions, but teams in general are rare. Explosion is a solid move if you can get it from RBY (unlikely here though). Honestly, though - why not get lapras? You'll get the same Surf and Ice beam, plus the choices of thunderbolt through RBY/Crystal tutor, Rest to make it a god at tanking, Confuse Ray for status, and perish song for the things that refuse to die.

kadabra lvl 38:

recover
thunderpunch
future sight
psychic
And here is where $$ comes in handy - ice punch or fire punch > future site. Recover is good for the staying alive.

magneton lvl 37:
tri attack
thundershock
lock-on
sonicboom
Thunderbolt > Thundershock, T-wave > lock on, and something > sonic boom, like HP Fire or Ice. Either that or get a zapdos/jolteon/electabuzz.

feraligatr lvl 36:

cut (i know, i should replace with slash)
leer
bite
surf
No. You have a better water regardless, but his best moveset is Surf, Ice Beam, Crunch, and Rock Slide/Earthquake.

arcanine lvl 36:

bite
flame wheel (does it learn flamethrower?)
ember
leer
Actually, it does get flamethrower - crystal tutor. If you can't, use fire blast. It gets another decent move in crunch, and extreme speed is cool. Seeing as you have nothing much better, might as well go with curse. But keep in mind - there are other fires that can do better (ie, typhlosion and magmar with thunderpunch (the latter also gets a fighting move for rocks)

fearow lvl 36:

fly ( i will replace with drill peck when it learns it)
pursuit
leer
fury attack
How about a dodrio? Drill Peck, Steel Wing (rock/ice), Return, Tri-Attack/something.

So, you have 6 members - the ones I think that need changing have a slash.
~Alakazam
~Shellder (Cloyster) / Lapras
~Feraligatr / Suicune
~Fearow / Dodrio
~Arcanine / Magmar / Charizard
~Magneton / Electabuzz / Zapdos / Raikou

Seriously, Lapras outclasses Cloyster in all ways, in my opinion. Suicune > Feraligatr in terms of stats (plus, you have another water anyway). Fearow is 99% of the time outclassed by Dodrio. Arcanine should be changed, but thats your choice - the replacements all get much better movepool, but Arcanine gets Crunch and Extremespeed - not something you see with most fire types (in terms of versatility, except lolsunnybeamers). In fact, I recommend no fire types, and instead use a Rhydon or Golem (or even a fighting type like Machamp, Hitmonlee, and heracross. The elctric type is up to you - Magneton is just starved to death in terms of a movepool, especially compared to other electrics - Thunderbolt, Thunderwave, HP Ice/Grass is what every electric has. Electabuzz gets Ice punch and cross chop, both of which hit hard on everything. Zapdos is immune to Earthquake, gets Drill Peck (which is cool for grassers), so it can focus on hp grass (golem, rhydon, quagsire). Raikou gets something that most electrics can't claim - decent defenses to survive most (if not all) Earthquakes. It also gets an electric move that has better paralysis chances in spark - so it can spark, crunch, and rest-talk (or something else).

Reply with changes and comments, please

lol, most don't use the legends - they either suck (articuno, moltres, entei) or are so overpowered they fail to demonstrate creativity (Lugia, Ho-Oh, Mew, Mewtwo, Celibi).

{golem} Golem - Soft Sand/Hard Rock

~ Rock Slide
~ Earthquake
~ Submission
~ Explosion
Curse > Submission. Won't like recoil damage. Leftovers for an item.

{tyranitar} Tyranitar - Soft Sand/Darkglasses

~ Rock Slide
~ Earthquake
~ Crunch
~ [open slot]
HP Flying

{alakazam} Alakazam - Twistedspoons (or Nevermeltice, depending upon situation)

~ Psychic
~ Thunderpunch
~ Ice Punch
~ Recover
Good. Leftovers again

{feraligatr} Feraligatr - Mystic Water

~ Surf
~ Earthquake
~ Rock Slide
~ Ice Punch (soon to be Ice Beam)
Looks good.

{scizor} Scizor - Metal Coat/Sharp Beak

~ Steel Wing
~ Wing Attack
~ Swords Dance
~ [open slot]
HP Bug > Open slot. Maybe baton pass instead of wing attack if you do get hp bug. Leftovers, pls.

{pikachu} Pikachu - Light Ball

~ Thunder
~ Thunderbolt
~ Surf
~ Rain Dance
HP Ice/Grass or Return > Thunderbolt.

{houndoom} Houndoom - Charcoal/Darkglasses

~ Flamethrower
~ Crunch
~ Solar Beam
~ Sunny Day
Standard - Leftovers again.

I recently restarted my old Gold, and this is the team I'm running with:

Raikou/Lefties
~Roar
~Toxic
~Thunderbolt
~Crunch

My leader, toxics through my opponent's team as quick as he can. Can hold his own though, but Grounds and fightings will do Bad Things.

Lapras/Lefties
~Sing/Confuse Ray (Which?)
~Body Slam
~Surf
~Ice Beam

I'm trying to find a Crystal so I can throw T-Bolt on him, but, if I do, what move should it replace?

Alakazam/Lefties
~Psychic
~Recover
~Elemental Punch
~Elemental Punch

I'm currently running with Fire and Electric punch for the truckload of Starmies/Exeggcutors/Slowbros I see. Is another combo of punches better?

Machamp/Black Belt
~Cross Chop
~Earthquake
~Ice Punch
~Rest

I keep the Black Belt around for the Blissey spam, with happy OHKOs. Otherwise, a mint berry for the Rest. Ice punch is on there in case my Lapras goes down- he can stall long enough to kill the Dragon/Flying Legendary until I bring Raikou in.

Typhlosion/Lefties
~Flamethrower/Fire Blast (Which?)
~Thunderpunch
~Sunny Day
~Attract

Attract, and sunny day while he's loving me, then smite him with appropriate STAB fire move. TPunch is standard.

My last spot is left open (Suggestions, maybe a standard sweeper Tyrannitar, Counter/HB Blissey or what?), but, when allowed 00bers, I use:

Lugia: Surf(Or EQ?), Psychic, Curse, Recover
Mewtwo: Submission, Psychic, Recover, Shadow Ball

Suggestions, any of my guys need a HP move?

Mobius - thank you for using Psypoke's GSC Rating Center. Because I am too tired to quote, I will merely comment on the team.

Raikou - good work with T-bolt and Crunch. Roar and Toxic pray on his frailty - best when leaving those two moves to somethng a bit more sturdy like.. skarmory. Now, for the other two moves - he doesn't have much of a movepool, but he has trump cards - Rest and Sleep Talk. He won't be affected by status, and he has a super cool way of keeping the HP high. Alternatively, you can go with Reflect and a special hidden power (Grass or Ice is best).

Lapras - I prefer if you lead off with this, and use sing off the bat. Or, leave him in until later to soak up attacks, and leave confuse ray. Now, thunderbolt > body slam would be nice, but it isn't necessary. What you might want instead of body slam (if you can't get T-bolt) is Rest, to increase his tanking skills.

Alakazam - Very good, stay standard. Ice and Electric is best, mini-boltbeam. and, ice punch hits eggy just as hard as fire punch.

Machamp - No, get rid of ice punch. Rock Slide instead, so you hit birdies. If you can't get rock slide, well...return. Oh, and no black belt - you hit bliss hard enough without it.

Typhlosion - Flamethrower for consistency and pp is preferred. Earthquake > Attract, so you hit rocks better. And electrics.

You have a big ground and physical-moves-in-general weakness. A flying type like dodrio or skarmory would be nice.
