HI I was wondering how far you guys are in Emerald.

I got my Emerald on May 1st. Welll Ive caught {Rayquaza}, {Groudon} and . Ive beaten the Elite 4 as of yesterday, and Im at the battle Frontier with 2bp.

Woah! Already that far? I've been playing my Sapphire Version for what, almost an year and I haven't even managed to beat Elite 4!

Allright, I'm nowhere in Emerald cause I didn't buy it, but I'll certainly start playing when I download it.

Even though I got it May 1st... I haven't gotten much time in on it. I have a level 55 Sceptile and 40 Vibrava and have just beaten Winona... like I said, not that much time.

I know I havent had much time either! When i got it I got to Roxannn and then had no time to play it for 4 days! And then I got stuck on brawly and then on Norman, but the others were a breeze! But figuring out how to stop Kyogre and Groudon to stop fighting was hard to figure out! But the eliet 4 and the Battle Palace are EASY!

I am still trying to beat Norman, and it takes a lot. My Pokedex is excellent though, and all my party are about the same level. I tried out the battle tents and quit so I could advance further.

Good idea, this is like a little Progress report for Emerald.

Just passed Mt. Pyre and evolved my Vibrava. Got 44 in my dex. (Catch them as I go)

Finally! After 3 days of training day and night I beat Norman! A.K.A. Daddy >_>

I'm so excited I had to share.

I am about 25 hours in the game and I got four lv.100s and I got around 2000 battle points.

Finished elite 4, 3 battle points, pokedex 52, still trying to get groudon, kyroge, and rayquazza

i've beaten the Elite Four, ran into Latios; training my pokemon and went into the Battle Frontier. haven't had much luck. that's why i'm training right now.

Lv. 60 Sceptile, Flygon, Lv. 40 Lanturn... about to catch Rayquaza at the exact moment. (Going to Elite Four after)

You guys finish the game very quickly.

I have my Sapphire version and all I got worthy of something is level 66 and level 65.

Funny, you guys make it seem so easy. I get stuck in every single chalenge or sidequest.

I hope it doesn't lose the fun. When you finish the game, do you keep playing it, like, battling other people? Or do you reset it and start it over again?

pretty much and i try to do the side quests. also, i try to keep battling the elite 4. now in emerald, you can fight the gym leaders over and over again. that's a new feature, i think.

Oi, I thought I was far! I just beat Juan, I got it May 2nd, My curent team is: Flygon Lv:52, Latias Lv:50, Blaziken Lv:62, Sceptile Lv:68, Gyarados Lv:39, Shedinja Lv:34. Once every one if at a decent level I'll beat the E4 and catch Latios, Groudon, Kyogre, etc. But I'll catch Rayquaza before I beat the E4, cause now you can do that .

I have done a bit of the Battle Frontieres and have beaten all the gym leader atleast 3 times (yes you fight them more then once), and I have also nailed Steven at the place where he is. I have a team of:

lvl72 Blaziken - Critikalken
lvl72 Houndoom - Over-Used Special Sweeper
lvl72 Seviper - Swagger/Screecher (and physical sweeper)
lvl73 Regice - Counter/Amnesia combo (with special sweeper)
lvl73 Gardevoir - Special Sweeper
lvl73 Heracross - Endure Reveral Heracross (physocal sweeper)

I have decided to fo with a more sweeper approach though I do have a few back-ups...

yeah, i haven't tried it yet. but i finally caught Latios. i have most of the legendaries. thou, i caught groudon, kyogre and rayquaza in my other games.

It wasn't that hard though.

not really. not if you have the master ball or pokemon that won't knock it out at the first shot. master ball is a sure way to get a rare pokemon

its a sure way to get ANY pokemon.

I have gone to Mossdeep but I am now at Lilycove tearing my hair out over the Master Cute contests and the fact that T&L always thrash me!!! Next stop would probably be Shoal Cave or back to Mossdeep... after Watzo (my Wingull) gets all his Cute ribbons!

ive done most things and i am stuck trying to find how to catch G/S/C pokemon in the safari zone (can someone please tell me where) and also how do you get the medals in the battle frontier.

I already beat the elite four and have around 300 battle points. Not much left for me to do except start a new game. I think I'll start with instead of this time.
