#1 is true. why? because i said so. (very do-able. lv. 100 skarmory vs. lv 25 golem)
#2 is false why? see above. (you cant one-hit KO a blissey. you just can't)

#1. True, because Steel pwns Rock
#2. False, because you can't touch Blissy! *dances to 'can't touch this'*

1# I can't be bovvered to check the main site so I can't determine whether an Adamant Skarmory could OHKO Golem in one super-effective shot. I'll just say false, coz 2# is true.
2# Rotom could have used 5 shadow balls on a slaking, then KO'd it with Thunderbolt, and then used a strong PHYSICAL move on Blissey. I've easily KO'd a Blissey in a Battle Factory before.

#1: True, duh. steel>rock
#2: Rotom could easily KO a magikarp and then, with the combination of sleath rock and 3 spikes already up, kill Blissy with a physical move. That'd have to be one crappy Blissy .

You guys are close, nobody's quite hit #2 yet...
And I guess that Rotom used a special move, so physical doesn't count >.>

If it took rotom 6 turns using special attacks to KO a pokemon, then there is no way that it could take out blissey with one hit because it has the highest SD

Mm, I'm not sure I quite get this, but here goes.
#1: This potentially could happen, as Skarm has decent attack and Steel is Super Effective on Rock, despite Golem's Defense.
#2: I highly doubt this. Rotom has incredibly lacking Atk, and wouldn't come even close to OHKO'ing Blissey with a special move. Not to mention, its movepool in the physical realm is very shallow.
So I'm saying #1 is true, and #2 is false.

#1 is false, because I used Psypokes damage calculator to figure out Golem would have lost only 238/270 minimum Lv 100 HP in Skarmory's best-case senario.
#2 is true, because I used Psypokes damage calculator to figure out Blissey would have lost 1284/620 minimum Lv 100 HP in Rotom's best-case senario (Facade when paralyzed). He could have fought a Shedinja before hand, used Thunder 5 times, then Ominous Wind to beat him.
Edit: I didn't realize the person who said special move gave out the final college exam in nuclear physics.
Edit2: #2 is false, because Thunder only does 434/620 Damage...

1 is false. Skarmory's attack isn't enough to KO a Golem, who has a high enough defense.
EDIT: nvm, I double-checked, and yah, Skarm can kill Golem . So both are true and I guess... no one's winner.
2 is true. What is the best case scenario? Blissey at minimum Sp. Def, Rotom at max Sp. Atk stat.
Rotom spends 5 turns using Ominous Wind on some pokemon that it actually affects, and gets the stat boost all 5 times, KOing the Pokemon the 6th turn.

This is where you're wrong, and where I was held back for a second. You use Ominous wind to kill four substitutes, then they hold on with focus band for the fifth ominous wind, all of which you get the stat boost, and than you kill the pokemon on turn 6. If rotom is holding a magnet and has max sp. atk, it'll be at 1218 sp. atk, and use thunder, which can ko a blissey IF it has minimal sp. def and hp. Close, but still possible.

#1 is true, because I used Psypokes damage calculator to figure out Golem would have all of his minimum Lv 100 HP in Skarmory's best-case senario after losing HP to Triple Spikes.
#2 is false, because I used Psypokes damage calculator to figure out Blissey would have lost 1284/620 minimum Lv 100 HP in Rotom's best-case senario (Thunder with a Magnet). He could have fought a Shedinja before hand, used Thunder 5 times, then Ominous Wind to beat him.

#1 can be true,we don't know if it was full-health or not and due to the fact STEEL > ROCK so it can be true
#2 is True....
6 Charge Beams + Max Sp Atk Evs + Thunder + Magnet = Blissey Killer

Obiviously Killer hasn't been paying any attention to this...
SkyBlitz was closest, so he'll be who can go next.
