If i were to go to level 98 of the buried ruin in Mystery Dungeon, would a transfer orb turn a

No, it would just transforme it into another Golem, or another Pokemon besides Mew in other floors. Also, Mew doesn't even appear on Basement 98, as I learnt the hard way.

mew appears on level 98. it's level 99 that it stops appearing. I've also noticed that on certain levels, the percent of all pokemon on the level, PLUS mew's puts it WAY over 100%. How is that possible?
