Oh dear...
1. DON'T EVER USE JPEGS! USE PNGS INSTEAD! - (Though strangely you have for some of them
)
2. When you recolour don't use solid colours, use darker and lighter shades where they are used on the original - if you are doing it manually, don't... use the Paint recolour trick*
3. Don't use horrible bright colours... they always look bad... it makes it so much easier if you copy colours from a pokémon - you even get the shading aswell! - At least make your own colours, never use the paint defaults...
4. If you have paint you don't get real transparency, however you can get fake transparency by Print-Screening the Psypokes page and copying the colour...
5. I like the animated sig, however you should use much better quality compression, as pretty much any type of compression ruins sprites
- same goes for the avatar (which is quite cool...)
*Paint recolour trick: put colour you are replacing as the foreground colour, and the new colour as the background (right click) then switch to the eraser and RIGHT-click (and drag) over the stuff you want recoloured, and it will magically do it for you
