Earlier, when I was going through western cave, I got to mewtwo, and, I DIDN'T RECRUIT IT, on a guide it said it has a base 99.9% chance of being recruited, since my pokemon adds atleast 0.1% percent to the percentage, why didn't I catch it?

If I'm not wrong, you can only recruit Mewtwo the second time you fight it.

Huh? It didn't say that in the guide. Oh well, guess i'll have to go all the way through western cave again, if anyone rescues me from wish cave.
