Hi, I have a question for my rescue team partner. Who is better  or  I like them both but I just can't decide.
I have aleady decided that I am going to be squirtle 
EDIT!: Also does anyone know if learns Smokescreen in PMD?

That all depends on who you want, basically. Both times on my Red Rescue Team, I had a normal and a fire type as my main team. First was Skitty and Cyndaquil, they were very good for me 'cause Skitty could put them to sleep and double-slap them, and when the woke up, Cyndaquil would use smokesceen. The second was Eevee and Charmander, they pretty much were a kick-arse team. So yeah, your choice
And no, Charmander doesn't learn smokescreen

And no, Charmander doesn't learn smokescreen YES HE DOES! I was a Charmander and he does learn Smokescreen.
And if you pick a Ground or Grass type you will have a very hard time against the first boss (Skarmory). Everyone else should do fine (Water won't be as fast as Fire or Electric though).

I think I maght choose because he learns metal claw, Smokescreen and a whole bunch of fire attacks _________________

get Charmander...
smokescreen, metal claw, scratch, and ember are quite good for beating tiny woods to skytower (that would be my movesets.... ) _________________
