Considering they're kind of rubbish anyway, I'd have to say No.

I wouldn't mind some more attacks like Overheat and Draco Meteor.

Not really. A few things I would like in a later game would be for more powerful Ghost and Dark attacks, and for Ice Beam to have 15 PP like Surf, Thunderbolt, and Flamethrower.

I agree with ShadowTyranitar on both of his points. By the way, why does Ice beam only have 10 PP? O.O

A Hyper Beam type attack for Ghost/Dark types would be soooo cool! I hope they decide to make an attack like this one year...

Those Elemental Hyper Beams are cool but they are not wise to use competitively due to the whole recharge thing.

Well, they're not bad if you want to get a final, powerful hit on your opponent... Especially if you are going to be under 1/3 HP. Say:
They do 2/5 damage to you, or a little under half.
You attack
They do 2/5 more damage w/ same move
You use (insert elemental HB here) does 150x1.5x1.5= 322.5 base power
not half bad, seeing as its more than twice a STAB EQ

On the contrary, I think there should be a move of every type like Ice Beam, T-Bolt, Flamethrower, etc.

Lets see:
1. Hyper Beam: The original
2. Frenzy Plant: Uber schweetness animation
3. Hydro Cannon: Rip off Hyper Beam version of Hydro Pump
4. Blast Burn: Sweet name. 'Nuff said
5. Giga Impact: Physical sweeper's mode of Hyper Beam
and finally,
6. Rock Wrecker: The name is sweet!
Six. A grand total of SIX Hyper Beams.

Someone who thinks that recharge moves are good at all should destroy their DS and jump out a window.

I think theyre pretty good for tanks....
Enough power to overcome the common low attck and they can take the hits during recharge
Good Ko moves too..

umm...if you read this thread carefully, you'd notice that you can do more damage with 2 Surfs/Flamethrowers/Energy Balls then you can with the Elemental Hyper Beams in 2 turns. So for a pokemon that's going to take the hits, why use Hyper Beams?
