Does giving your pokemon pokeblocks or poffins actually increase it's happiness?

It doesn't. Poffins and PokeBlocks are for contests only. I think this post is in the wrong forum. I think it should be in the Pokemon Center forum but I have been wrong before.  _________________  WiFi Wanted List

It should be in Hoenn generation since Contests are only in hoenn,

That's never a good title for a thread 
But yes, it should go either in Sinnoh or Pokemon Center

Leave it to the mods to decide where topics should go. Any form of speculation is spam, and also an attempt to backseat moderate. Which is frowned upon.
This should belong in Pokemon Center since it concerns both RSE and PD.
