I am having an incredibly hard time deciding this. What Pokemon should I turn my Eevee into on Mystery Dungeon? I have all the evolutionary items for Eevee, but I have no idea what to evolve it into, any suggestions?

I have all the evolutionary items for Eevee, but I have no idea what to evolve it into, any suggestions? hes talking about mystery dungeon. so basically all of them have pretty identical stats. there is no tanking. and assurance doesnt exist. basically just pick the coolest looking one. these are the stats at level 100 (assuming no vitamins, gummis etc) from UPC. sorry about the formatting - i put spacing in, but i dont think it will come out. interestingly enough, espeon and umbreon seem slightly worse than the original eevolutions, and flareon has a slight statistical edge over the others.
