Yes. I'm a bit curious to know, What is the base of espeon/umbreon evolving since there isn't any time in LG/FR games? Is it just random?
Anyways, I also have another question, Is umbreon better than Espeon? It's the showdown of the century! Espeon vs. Umbreon! Let the voting and flaming begin! -ding ding-

Umbreon and Espeon don't evolve in FRLG. You will need to trade them to an RSE cartridge, where time actually exists. You'll need to raise all the happiness in RSE, and it will evolve into Espeon if your clock displays PM, and Umbreon if it displays AM. After that the training is ridiculously simple, compared to that.
