Im fairly new to battle tower and I'd like to know whats the best team for the lvl100 battle. Can it be only sapphire pokemon please, because I dont have any freinds with ruby. Can you also please tell me the moves and what they need to hold, thnx

There is no definite "best team". You just have to have a balanced team. That's what team-building is about : balance. No one can tell you what to have on your team. If you like Poison, Dark, Psychic types, then your team could be . . . Seviper, Absol, Gardevoir. That's the whole fun about pokemon games is that you make your own team.

the only thing is, i dont want to train up 3 pokemon to high lvls, then find out theyre nogood at battle tower

There is no such thing, in my opinion, as a sucky pokemon. Well, I take that back, but very few pokemon actually suck. It depends on the EVs you give them as well as the moves.

ye, but the trainers use soo many pokemon, theres always gonna be some1 with a stong attk against you, right?
