This is getting really off topic. But to end the question that is above me
1337 is short for 31337 (Elite) which is a type of speech in which letters are replaced with numbers that share a similar look.

After you beat the elite four, you should have seen every pokemon. Tell me who you need to see and I will tell you if I know where I found it.

Just to clarify something that's been really bothering me since the point I caught Palkia in my Pearl game...
You do not have to wait until you defeat the Elite Four Champion to see Dialga (or Palkia, in Diamond) and complete your Pokedex. You can visit the old woman in Celestial Town any time after you capture/defeat your game's Legendary and read the book containing the entry for the other game's legend. I don't know how that would affect the dialog that directs you to the town after beating the Champion, since I haven't beaten the Elite Four yet, and it probably doesn't.

To get National Dex, you need to see (not capture) all 150 Sinnoh Pokemon. That does not include the following:
-Evos of previous Pokemon, like Dusknoir, Electivire, Rhyperior, etc., and Rotom

Now for the real deal:
To find and obtain Regigigas, you must first transfer all 3 Regis over from Pal Park then head to Snowpoint Temple. Before you can't go in, but Candice will allow you. There are no HMs required, but if you want the items and going through faster, bring Strength and Rock Smash. Also you will need to bring Regirock, Regice, and Registeel. Once you reach Regigigas' statue on B6F, talk to it to engage battle with a lvl 70 Regigigas. (If you don't bring the Regis it stays as a lifeless statue.) It knows Superpower, Stomp, Confuse Ray, and Zen Headbutt (Psychic, Physical, Pow 80 Acc 90 PP 15, may inflict Flinch). For about 5 turns its Atk and Spd are halved from its ability Slow Start. Because of this, Regigigas is not that good of a fighter, sadly.
As for Giratina and Crescelia and Rotom, I need to find those out, as I'm working on Heatran now. (Long winded, yes I know.)
- DNA Wait, so the book will count as you seeing the opposite legendary?
And do I have to have seen Spiritomb? Yes. You'll see Spiritomb. The Champion, Cynthia, has one so you dont need to do the Odd Keystone events.

I'm not so sure about that...
If you have battled all of the trainers and hatched both Happiny and Riolu you will have the Sinnoh Dex Completed. Not that hard, really. Cynthia has a Spiritomb so just battle all the trainers you see and you will get it.

Actually there is a guy with a Riolu that you can fight in the cave/tunnel next to Oreburgh, so you don't really need to hatch a Riolu. You need Rock Smash and Surf to get to him, and Strength to reach the items nearby.

you have to go through iron island and team up with a guy..beat team galaxy, then he gives you a riolu egg if you have enough room with you and if you dont he will still be there waiting for you...that help cartman?

You will also need to hatch the Happiny egg to complete the Sinnoh Dex. I forgot...the egg is found by a Hiker at the east end of Hearthome City en route to Route 209. Also getting Riley's Riolu egg will help tons...it'll help to get Lucario, one of the best Pokemon in the game. (For a sec I thought WTH it's Aaron from that stupid Pokemon Lucario movie!)

It's a language where numbers are substituted for letters, to make one's self appear "cool" to a certain extent. If you go to Wikipedia and type Leet you'll get there. (Also, typing a word in leet language, like ph34r, will get you there too.)

That's impossible in only two weeks. He probably used the action replay cheat that says you've seen and caught every pokemon, but you don't actually have the pokemon, and you don't get anything special for compleating it unlike in FR/LG/R/S/E where you could get one of the G/S Starters

2 get 2 giratina u need to see all of the pokemon in your sinnoh dex this is every pokemon in sinnoh except any event pokmemon (arceus, shaymin), manaphy, phione, giratina, arceus, regigigas, and heatran thenu can get the national dex from prof. rowan. go south of veilstone and there will be a path it leads to sendoff spring use rick climb and u can get to turnback cave. in there u need to pass three pillars befor passing throughn 30 rooms. there is a pattern with the rocks. the room has a sort of symmetry an d u have 2 go through the door that isnt on the line of symmetry im pretty sure. even then 30 rooms is a lot so it dusnt matter if u screw up a lot. giratinas a bitch to fight if you want to catch it. if not u can KO it with ghost and dragon types. a normal type is immune to most of its attacks if u want to catch it (if you already have regigigas, now is the time to use him). hope it helps.
