i dont understand what i'm doing wrong, i have LG and Emerald. I've already given the ruby & the saphire to celio, but when i tried to trade pokemon between Emerald and Leaf Green but they wouldn't connect. It just kept saying"Please wait. ... ... B Button: Cancel". I waited for an hour and nothing changed.

Common cause for that: You're using a gameboy color linkcord. If you're using a GBC linkcord or you're trying to use a DS, the connection won't go through.

You either need a gameboy advance linkcord or two wireless adapters.

Or it's a four-player cord. Then you need to use the player one and two cord ends.
